Cornel is the type of professional all companies should strive to be! He resurfaced about 800 sqft in our new home. He quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to that price. Most impressive, he required no money down and told me “ you dont pay me until you’re happy with my work”. And I gladly paid him! Finished when he said he’d finish. He will be my hardwood flooring guy as long as I live in Springfield! Honestly, can’t say enough great thing about him. Very satisfied!
