Friendly crew, very professional, did an excellent job clean up. My neighbor came over today, and said she has never seen such a great job clean up. Much better than any workers she’s had work on her home. Asked for their name. Highly satisfied.

We have used John Coughlin several times. He responds quickly when contacted. He is friendly and very professional. He and his staff do a superior job with tree removal. They leave your property in as good condition as before they arrived. His pricing is very fair and I trust him implicitly. There is no one else I would use!

Great service! Got a quote from John Monday evening. One tree had cracked due to high winds and was leaning precariously towards a neighbors house. He and his crew came out first thing the next morning to bring it down. Fair price and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I called Coughlin Tree service about cutting down two dead ash trees in my back yard. John came over the next day and gave me a bid to cut them down. He told me that he would have to run his boom truck through my neighbor’s yard and mine to access the trees. I was very worried that this would tear up our yards, but John reassured me that they would take great care to ensure that this wouldn’t happen. Once I got the bid, it was much lower than the other bid I had gotten, so I called John back and we set up a date to have the trees removed.Once he and his crew arrived, they painstakingly and carefully laid plywood down for the truck to drive on so it would not rut up mine or my neighbor’s yard. This took a lot of extra work on their part, but he wanted everything to look the way it did before he got there. Once in my back yard, he and his crew of 2 made quick work of the 2 ash trees and were SUPER careful to make sure that the trees were cut so they did not fall on and destroy my wife’s flower bed. It was amazing to watch them work together to make sure the trunk and limbs all fell in the direction they wanted it to.Once the job was done, they carefully removed all the limbs, raked the yard clean and repeated the same process of laying plywood behind the truck as it backed from my yard and through my neighbor’s.If I ever need more trees cut down from my yard, Coughlins will be my first call. John and his crew just finished removing a dead tree that stood precariously close to my house. I sat on my deck and watched the whole process. He and his team work like a well oiled machine! My neighbor and I received bids from John on Saturday, July 28, 2018 to have trees trimmed and taken down. His rates are so reasonable and he is so kind. I knew right away I would hire him to do the job. He started on our trees on Monday and finished on Tuesday and did a fantastic job! I will definitely promote his company. I paid $475 for them to cut down three limbs off of a gumball tree in the city easement of my neighbors yard, one of which was growing into my maple tree. I was told that they would leave the place the way that they came to it. I came home to find that they knocked down a potted plant out in front and gumballs were left all over the yard. There was also a small limb in between the three that they could have been nice and took out really fast but they left it so it looks tacky. Overall, I would say dont expect them to go over and above, and the job they did was not worth $475.

John Coughlin came to my home to assess my ash tree in the front yard which, unfortunately, had to be removed. The estimate given was very reasonable and affordable. Though we scheduled out two weeks, he contacted me late morning that same day to see if I would be open to the work being done that day as the recent rain created an opening for him and his crew to remove my tree. After cutting down the tree, they ground down the stump and took out most of the roots and removed all the excess branches, leaves and stump mulch. He also filled the hole with leftover mulch so a large hole would not be gaping in my front yard. The work done by his company was excellent and I would access his services again should the need ever arrive. He was polite, honest and kept me informed of their progress with pictures as I was at work while they were at my home. I appreciate the care and consideration his crew took with regards to tree removal and cleanup. CL Clark

For starters, John came to give me a quote in the pouring rain. And then returned the following morning to finish the quote.He started within a week of me calling. He gave me a reminder call before they started. And they finished the job early. He was very respectful and reasonably pricedWe cut my neighbors tree for her too. She had been having some medical problems. They moved her car for her so they could access everything. And they put it back for her when they were done. They also walked her to her car and she said they actually checked in with her to make sure she was doing okay.They picked up all the mess. They also did extra stuff that we requested and also stuff we didnt.I would recommend them to anyone.

Happy with Johns services. Took out 8 big trees in a single day. Cleaned up when finished. Will use him again.

John came by gave me a quote he seemed nice and well spoken and well knowledgeable in his field so I hired him to take down two dead Ash trees at my moms he came the first day to cut about four limbs and then came to tell me I need to order a lift because his truck was down I hesitated but I figured he already started and I needed the tree gone extra $875 and then he left a stump 11 inches high when he was done and I had to pay extra to get it all the way down to 1 inch he then showed up asking for check I was charged more than the price he gave me there was damage to the back gate where his truck had struck as one of his employees backed out I called him texted him wrote the address with know response please make sure you get it in writing before you hire John he is a real crook and he do not practice law on 1100 s 5th they told me he havent been in that building in 10 years sweet for talking bad for business!!!!

They were very friendly and helpful. The employees went the extra mile in terribly hot conditions. I would use them again of i needed a tree removed.

He did the job but it was lousy and I had a shovel missing when they left i wouldnt let him take my trash out
