I have been buying firewood for the past 10 years for our wood stove. This is the first time I bought it from Arbor Tech and I am absolutely thrilled!Normally, I get wood from vendors on Craigslist. I’ve had many problems with being shorted, too many pieces cut too short or too long, wood cut all the same thickness, excessive amounts of debris, wood not seasoned as much as I was told and most of the wood being round (from branches). The delivery I just received from Arbor Tech was none of that.The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. I could tell as soon as it was hitting our driveway that it was good quality and well-seasoned. As I stacked it, I continued to be impressed with the beautifully cut hardwoods, cut from the trunk not branches. There was a variety of thicknesses and the perfect amount of small pieces for kindling, too. It was also a generous amount of wood!I know this wood will make many warm and cozy fires this winter. I will never again by my firewood from craigslist sellers and will be a long time customer of Arbor Tech. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough about my experience with ArborTech. I had 4 trees removed that were in a fenced in yard near a house among many other trees. They arrived on time, methodically set up the rigs, took down the trees without damaging the surrounding trees and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend them. The entire team was wonderful however extra kudos to Randy and Kevin ( who was in the bucket for hours in the 95 degree heat), very professional.

We recently recognized that one of our large oaks had about a third of its large limbs die off from gypsy moth caterpillar damage. The tree service we usually use was not responding to our calls and their mailbox was constantly full. After researching options through Google search, we chose ArborTech and are very glad we did.They arrived on time with a team of four - two for the ground cleanup work and two for the tree work. All very professional and clearly experienced, not young college age workers Ive seen with some other services.In the primary area of work, there are a number of wild azalea and blueberry bushes that we asked they minimize damage to. Every large limb was lowered by rope such that not one bush was harmed.Two other trees required extensive climbing to remove dead limbs and the owner, Randy, did great work getting to the limbs we identified and some we hadnt noticed.All in all, a phenomenal job. In the future, if need more tree work, they will be our first call.

I recently had a large tree come down on my property due to a wind storm.I e-mailed ArborTech the following morning, and within two hours Jencontacted me. She said they had viewed the damage, and gave me an estimate, which I thought was more than fair. She told me that theywere very busy due to the storm the previous day, and that they wouldget to me as soon as possible.The very next afternoon Randy and his crew were at my door. He noticedthat when the tree fell, it split another tree, damaging it severely. He offered to take that one down as well. I quickly agreed.His team got to work, and for the next three hours or so, never stopped.When they were done, they cleaned up every last bit of wood . Mylawn looked beautiful! They even carefully cleaned up the driveway andanything that had gotten into the street.I am so pleased with everything about this company. They respondedquickly, worked tirelessly (always safely) and did a wonderful job.Their high standards are to be admired.Randy is easy to talk to, friendly, courteous and above all, professional.I will continue to use ArborTech in the future, confident that I am ingood hands.Thank you Randy, Jen, and your fantastic crew.

I would give 5 stars for experience that we had with Arbor Tech few years back. Arbortech did excellent job when we needed them to remove a dead tree. Now we have another tree and we know that we want your service. We still do but when I called and the person that I talked to, made me feel disappointed.

I have worked with Arbortech a few times, and will not use anyone else for tree removal or firewood. Everyone from the office staff to cutting crews are professional and friendly. The job is always clean when complete. This company is a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

I needed the branches from four trees to be trimmed back away from my roof. They were able to come pretty quickly after I called to look at the job. Once I was given an estimate, it was only a couple of days until the work was done. They put extra care into giving the trees a nice shape on top of getting the branches away from my roof. Im really impressed and appreciate how much better my property looks now.

It is with pleasure that I review Arbortech tree service! When I was in need of a tree service, I contacted three companies. The only company that promptly called me back was Arbortech! We set up a time to meet and then decided to hire this service. The initial meeting went well and I was very pleased with their professionalism and honestly. They gave us an approximate time to remove the tree and kept to their schedule! They were due to be here on Monday and upon their arrival, I greeted them indicating which tree needed to be removed. They were really professional and got to work! No damage was done to any of my property, and if you had not seen them here, you wouldn’t know that work was done in that area. The street was cleaned and their work was efficiently completed! I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend them!

I felt as though the task of taking down a very tall tree located near a house and wires was in very professional hands from the beginning to the end of this project. The suggestion that I have the nearby trees trimmed was a good one and now that I see all the trees still look great, but the danger of limbs falling on the roof removed I am even more greatly for their knowledge. I was completely impressed with the crew! They arrived with a fleet of machines and operated them in unison to make quick work of removing a 75’ spruce close to my home. Safety was the first step in every move they made throughout the process. When the removal was complete, the cleanup ensued. They blew debris out of the street, raked the lawn and it was hard to tell they were even there. They returned the following day to remove the stump and chase the surface roots in the lawn. Another great job! I have already recommended Arbortech to several people.

We had 4 huge trees fall during a tough winter wind storm. We called Abortech and they came over the next day, gave an estimate, and offered advice for working with our insurance company. Arbortech came out and treated my oak trees for Gypsy moth caterpillars with a injection solution and after 10 hrs one of my trees they just started falling off. The other two took a day before that happened. So after 24 hrs i had filled a 2.5 gallon bucket with dead caterpillars. Awesome job.

Over the past 4 months, my family have used ArborTech Tree Services on three different occasions for tree removal and delivery of 4 cords of wood. Arborist Laura has been highly responsive in providing services beginning from my initial point of contact in assessing the trees for removal and promptly providing an estimate for this service which was reasonable and right in line with the competition. Laura and her crew completed the tree removal work swiftly and expertly. Recently, due to poor planning on our end, my family found ourselves in a bit of a predicament with a few sticks of firewood remaining in our wood shed at the height of winter. I contacted several local wood suppliers with no call backs except for ArborTech who got back with us right away and came to the rescue by delivering firewood at a critical time.
