Im usually not one to write a review but I really want to thank the entire Springfield Smiles staff for the awesome care they gave me on my visit.. My dentist, Dr. Heggade was informative and most importantly, caring. Everything happened according to the plan they laid out. The Dentist assistant (wish I had her name) was awesome and genuinely caring. Front desk was also informative and professional. Big ups!

Weve always had a great experience. Dr Heggade, the dental hygienist and the receptionist are professionals who treat my kids in a fun playful way. Both of my kids had their maulers filled in to prevent cavities and we have had not issues. Great office!

Dr. Heggade and her office staff are always great! My appointments are always on-time, Ive never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes. They are super responsive to questions, concerns, phone calls, etc. The one time I had an issue with a tooth, they got me into the office right away and then called to check on me in the following days/weeks. The office itself is clean and theyve been maintaining COVID precautions which has made me feel safe attending my appointments.

Reviews matter. I found this location via my benefits and read the reviews and took the time to look at their website. From the moment I called to get an appointment I was greeted with warmth. Upon arrival all necessary and expected safety precautions were taken. The waiting area is both inviting and relaxing. I also liked the ability to fill out any paperwork prior by the link sent to me. You can tell that every detail has been thought about as in the intake forms you are asked your preferences when visiting the dentist such as how much interaction would you like such as talking, to your anxiety levels and preferred communication methods. This mattered to me as this is not my favorite place to be regardless of not having any major dental issues. Also the text reminders are a nice touch which always included the telephone number just in case. Each room is outfitted with a TV for your viewing and xrays all done in the ease of the chair. I like that you can also see the area where the sterilization happens for anything used. This is important and made me feel comfortable with the care I was provided. The extended evening hours also help for anyone who doesnt get off until 5:00 pm. All staff including the Dr. were pleasant and very thorough in my exam and cleaning. I left feeling great about the care I received. Each time I called I got a person not a vm or answering service. Parking was fine and in a nice shopping center. I have found a true gem in Springfield.

Great appointment! Nice to see everyone after being stuck at home while COVID-19 is still a concern. They took my temperature at the door and used all the precautions required to reopen their office. No x-rays today! Highly recommend.

As someone who gets really nervous about going to the dentist, I of course was hesitate at first but after getting a cleaning and some slight dental work done here, that is now a thing of the past!Initially, walking in the place is very clean, and spacious. While getting my dental work done it was nice of them to keep asking “ if I was doing okay” and guiding me through the worst parts, Which I really appreciated.Everyone from the doctor, techs and front desk were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable . All my questions in regards to the procedure, after care, and payment were answered clearly prior to leaving the office .The next day she even called me to check in how everything was since my procedure!Highly recommend!

I really enjoy my visits at this office. The young assistants are personable and informative. Dr. Heggade remembers some personal traits about patients, which gives you the sense of familiarity. She also doesnt push products or services on you, which anyone can appreciate. Instead, she offers informative recommendations. Her pricing is fair and ethical. I havent had dental coverage in the longest time, but I can always count on this office to offer me a great cleaning for the right price! The last thing Ill say is that their office is spanking clean.

Dr. Heggade is wonderful: She is gentle, efficient, and on time! We are newer patients who have had mostly routine care so far, but Dr. Heggade did an excellent job redoing an old filling that was a tricky fix.

I went in this office with pain in my teeth they explained to me my plan to get my teeth back healthy. I dont have insurance but they are reasonably priced and I now have my convenience back about my oral hygiene. Customer service is great and the dentist is gentle and thorough

Dr. Heggade and her staff are awesome! I was recommended here by a friend. Im new to the area and was having some tooth pain. I made an appointment online for the next day. The staff followed up and offered to get me in that day since I was having tooth pain. I declined as it was manageable. When I got to my appointment, the team was friendly and efficient. Sadly, for me, I needed a root canal. They were great in getting me my next appointment. Went back for my root canal and it was done incredible smoothly. Dr. Heggade and staff kept me informed of what was happening the entire time. Best of all, I was in and out in under an hour.The office is incredibly clean, the staff very friendly, prices are reasonable and Dr. Heggade is extremely knowledgeable. Im heading back for my cleaning next week. Glad to have found a new dentist.

Very friendly staff, clean premises with latest technology. I had taken my 6 year old son for getting his milk teeth examined. Dr. Heggade was very patient and thorough. She was done within a hour which included taking an X-ray scan, cleaning the teeth, filling the cavities. My son never complained once throughout his experience. It was my turn next wherein i wanted one of my front tooth cavities examined. She did a complete X-ray scan and informed of other cavities which I hadnt noticed. Immediately she set to work and completed the cleaning and cavity filling for two front teeth. I need to go back for second visit to get other cavities treated. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had very great dental work done on me. The staff and doctors were very nice and welcoming. This was the first time I felt comfortable at a dentist office rather than scared. I was searching for Dentist and I found Dr.Heggade online. She is very nice and professional. I felt at ease when I walked in, her staff was very generous and her place of work is immaculate and clean. I will definitely be visiting again. I dont recommend this place, I went there to get my feelings done, I needed 6, Well thats what Dr Haggade told me. So I went that day and she put me on Local anesthesia and I did feel everything, It was hurting so bad, I told her and she say, Okay I will try to finish!! so she finish one side and start with the other side, Since she start the work It started to hurt so bad, I told her that it was hurting and she put some more anesthesia and I could still feel everything!!! I came home and felt pain when eating, I though maybe its cuz of the nettle of the anesthesia, The next day a feeling came off. I called them, they said to go back that she will fix them. I went back there and she Fixed them, But It was also hurting when she Fixed them. I came home and they still hurting, its being almost 2 weeks and still hurting, She told me to come back to do 2 more that I need but hell no, I cant eat you guys, with every bite I take it hurts really bad. 😓😓😓😓 what should I do now?? My English is not that good thats why I cant explain that well how everything happened!!

Dr.Heggade and her staff are very courteous and true professionals. They are very accommodating and worked around my schedule to set my appointments. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed about my insurance benefits. They called me back promtly with the answers when I didnt understand some things about my insurance.Most importantly my dental work was done with a very gentle touch and I did not feel any pain.I would highly recommend Dr. Heggade and her staff to anyone.

The worst... I hope they can resolve this problem! Im in so much pain, they dont care about their patients. I just need help with this pain, she is the one that did this to me, she did some feel-ins and since then I being in pain, I west back cuz the feel-in came out and she did it again, she said that I had a little cavity and Now she is saying that IT was big. I told them yo solve this problem, If nota, Im gong to tale them to the court. This is enough. I went there 3 times and she couldnt find why I hace pain, Im Having pain cuz she did something wrong. Even with Anesthesia IT was hurting, I told her that it hurts, she didnt care and told me, Ill try to finish fast, but didnt put more Anesthesia, I was in so much pain during the process, And I I still in pain. I dont know what to do now, I dont have insurance .
