Sometimes very helpful depending on who you talk to....The Mexican girl. Bubbly and very professional. Others , not so informative...still trying to figure out my refund..

I have been going to this place for a few years. My 2018 taxes they messed up on and didn’t want to take the time to correct their mistake and said I could fix later if there was any problems. I tried to give them another chance with 2019 which was a mistake! They completely messed up my taxes. I didn’t receive my returns until December 2020. They wouldn’t return phone calls regarding my taxes and I paid over $300 for get them done and not have to worry about any of the paperwork. I ended up calling the state and IRS trying to fix the mistakes Bookkeepers Unlimited did. They were aware of the mistakes they did and never offer a refund because of their mistake or tried to help fix anything they did. Now I have to have my 2019 taxes doubled checked because there was quite a bit of errors done. Don’t waste your time with this company and go somewhere else that will professional do your taxes correctly without mistakes!

I have never dealt with an individual as I have had to endure with this company. They lack professional and basic knowledge of the industry. When trying to explain a accounting concern She wont take correction and becomes condescending. The behavior is absolutely disgraceful that she feels its ok to treat people in the manner in which she does. Absolutely would not recommend this business.

I have never had so many negative experiences with a business as I have had with these people. Unbelievably disorganized. Waited days, sometimes weeks for a response before I had to call and leave several messages and emails to get a response. I first filled with them in 2018 and wanted to give them a second chance for 2019 just in case the first year was a fluke but it was the same.In addition, I was told they were going to charge me $325 to file my business taxes and got a receipt for a charge of $400. Very dishonest people. Stay away!

Weve been using Bookkeepers for years to file our taxes. With all the out of country work plus expenses to go along with that our stuff was mind boggling to us so we gave it to the pros! Always friendly and helpful. We moved out of state but they will continue to get our business.

Worst service ever! All I wanted was help with my taxes went in a few times they sounded promising. Yet was extremely disappointing. They do not return phone calls or emails. Receptionist hang up phone calls and are extremely rude. Worst tax preparer office in the area. Do not recommend! Stay away. Dont be fooled.

It seems like they do great work (I dont have a lot of experience having my taxes done). Their rates seem reasonable and their service is excellent.

I had them do four tax returns........three business and a personal. From Start to finish the process was horrible. I was passed around to three different people in the Springfield office. After talking to other professionals about my returns being incomplete I asked Bookkeepers to revise the taxes and experienced nothing but resistance the entire 5 months after. I went to another professional to have the taxes all redone and they said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen. Beware I think if I had the owner in her prime doing my taxes she would have done a great job but having the help that is in the office is at best a great disaster..........

They do great work, I wont go anywhere else to get my taxes done.

INCOMPLETE AND ERRORS THAT COST US IN PENALTY! AND WE PAID THEM!! THEY NEED TO REFUND THEIR FEES!!!!
