Shelia at the door was super rude! I will never ever come back here! I didn’t like her attitude the entire duration of my time! I was recommended here by my job and I will make sure we use a facility that’s friendly and welcoming and not rude as I can you walk in the door! She acted like I was an inconvenience the second I walked up to the desk

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve actually never left a review on anything before but I would leave zero stars if I could. I needed a drug screen for a new employer the employer didn’t get me the information until 3:45 I called ahead to the location to make sure it I made it at 4 that they could do my screen they told me if I made it by 4 they would do it I made it there at exactly 4 after flying across town and when I walked in the man at the front desk and the old lady led tech very rudely said what are you here for I said a drug screen she said yea we stop doing those at 4 and the walled away. It takes 3 seconds to pee in a cup and they don’t close until 4:30 change your hours if you’re gonna stop service at 4.

I have gone to Labcorp for all my drug test for my employers. I have never had issues in the past. The same guy that is always working was in there and he was great like always. But there was a new older lady in there today who thought it was a good idea to make a smart a$$ comment about me not having my ID with me (which I left in the car). I don’t think she knew I was sitting there but still super unprofessional.

Came here for a urine drug screen. No where in or outside of their building does it say no one under 16 years of age. Old lady who works there was nothing but rude to me. I asked if I could drop my daughter off and come back and she said, well I dont care where you take her. Dont appreciate the constant rudeness from this woman. And apparently by reviews some other have the same experience.

I went in without an appointment and, in spite of the constantly full lobby, I was seen and driving away within a half hour or so. The tech kept traffic flowing and treated everyone kindly. The blood drawing was easy and painless. No fishing or complications whatsoever.

Absolutely horrible on the wait time. Over 40 minutes to do a simple 5 panel urine screen for an employer. Only one person working and told at least a 45 minute wait. Inexcusable and poor service.

Had no problems with check in and being assisted. I dont recall the gentlemans name at the front desk, but he was a lot of help and patient with me. It was a quick and easy drug screen.

I came in to have blood drawn for the Be The Match bone marrow registry. I got right in with no waiting. Robert was the man who drew my blood, and he was fantastic! When he asked which arm I preferred, I told him wherever he could find it because I usually get stuck multiple times and they have to try both arms. He simply said, No. That should NEVER happen. One stick, barely felt it. Best blood draw Ive ever had.

Kudos to the one man running this facility. He was friendly and fast. I literally did not feel the needle stick which is awesome. I wish I knew your name because you did an awesome job.

I cannot find where I had seen the reviews for this place before going, but all I know is they were given a 1.5., which made me nervous going up there for the first time, seeing as to how I absolutely hate needles. But I am glad to say my entire experience was very pleasant. I had to go a couple days before to get a kit that I needed to return. The first gentleman who helped me was very kind as was the lady that came in after. I asked about making an appointment to see if that would make everything go more smoothly and they said that it was not necessary but it can certainly help because they do tend to get busy. So I got on the labcorp website and made one just in case. When I returned to actually get my blood work done I was seen by the initial gentleman who helped me a couple days prior, again he was very helpful and kind. The actual drawing of blood was very smooth and only took a second. I did not catch this gentlemans name but he is very good at what he does. All in all for getting blood work done it was a very pleasant experience, or as pleasant as it can get.

I’m not exactly sure what to start with. The experince started out pleasant-ish. I was simply going in for a drug test for a new job. I was informed that the results would take about two days. The job I was going for said that this was the last step and as soon as they were sent the results, I would start immediately. After over a week of waiting, I called Labcorp only to be told they could not give me MY OWN INFO ABOUT MY DRUG TEST and to have my (not even employer yet) to call and they would let them know. It’s been almost two weeks, still waiting. All they had to say was sorry, computers crashed and was messing with everyhting they had to do that week! Well, that won’t get me my paycheck now, WILL IT?!?

Great place for blood test, and has great customer service

No issues. Quick, efficient, friendly.

Arrived early, didnt know what amount of paperwork we might have to do, got us right in, very professional.

The male receptionist was very unhelpful.
