Great place to let your kids have fun. My kids are 8mths, 9yrs, 11yrs and 13yrs and they ALL had fun. We were there a total of 5 hours and for $30 they bounced went to the arcade and then went back to bounce some more. Snowy or rainy days this is a great place to go and convenient being inside the mall if you have to shop or pick something up.

Its a bit small but the kids have fun. The wrist bands are good for the day so you can leave (for lunch, etc.) and come back. $10 per kid and adults dont have to pay.

Firm Groupon buyer for this place. Absolute fun for kids who are energized and want to run around so if ur kid doesnt want to play then I wouldnt bother. My kids, neighbors, friends of family have been there and have a a blast each time.Only down falls...NO bathrooms, have to use mall bathroom so dont wait until last minute

I was extremely disappointed visiting this location. The venue was overfilled with children and many children running in and out that did not pay. There was nowhere to sit inside with your child, but that is a requirement for allowing the children to bounce. The staff was not very attentive. Then I did witness them be blatantly rude to 2 children while not bothering to speak to the kids sneaking in. Then out of nowhere the owner came out began screaming at a customer that He does not need their business I would have to say after what I witnessed they dont have very good customer service. Overall, there are only 5 houses to play in not worth the cost. You have a better chance at fun going across the street to Chuck E Cheese.

Great place for indoor fun for kids.

It was alright...I had a 2 year old and 5 year old. 5 year old had fun, climbing, jumping and going to each bounce house, which was limited...6 total. The 2 year old was over whelmed by the size and noise of the bounce houses... Nothing geared towards smaller children and adults are encouraged NOT to go in or on unless necessary.

Fun place to take the kids or even yourself

My family went to the bounce place..I was told by previous attendant to just give the name and number for Groupon and we would be all set...when doing so the attendant was not able to pull up the information. So my daughter called home to ask that I her father screen shot the the groupon. Before she was able to receive the info the attendant told my daughter that she was trying to get something for nothing and that she was doing her a favor.. My daughter asked if she would like her to take her son and wait off to the side she began tell and cussing at my daughter in front of my grandson and stated that she needed to get her ass out her establishment and called mall security. My daughter walked to security and asked them could they please get her sons jacket.. By this time I hand l had arrived to show the coupon to the lady to assure her there was a purchase.. I the grandfather stated that she must be new because I never seen her there before.. She became bothered and stated yelling at me and told be I needed to leave. I stood out side the store asking why cant I use what I paid for that I would like my money back..she again started screaming and crying like she was bugging. I turned on my video at least I thought I did.. Securtiy came I told them what happened. She try to say she was threatened which she was not cuz the camera shows that I was just standing out side the store waiting. She made this big display in front of my grandson. I come here a lot and never been treated in this way..something needs to be done...this is not what you teach a 4 year old...
