I responded last week. Heard nothing. Called the office today, and the nice receptionist told me that the doctor had not responded by sending his notes??? She ID’d him correctly. She indicated that y’all would attempt to make contact with the doctor again. Near as I can tell, your follow-up system could be improved.

Worst place ever. Expect to spend all day at this office. Seems to me that they make you wait forever to just run up your insurance. ALSO GAVE MY SON THE WRONG BRACE AND HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS BACK. RIDICULOUS

Thourough, fast, and a great experience. These inserts help me out so much. It helps me with my plantar fasciitis and makes it feel like it has went away altogether. I have no pain with these inserts.

Brace was not “prescription” doctor ordered. Brace was to be colored and it was white when I received it then had to go back and have “realigned” as doctor was not happy .. next brace I didn’t return
