When I came in, I requested a dip manicure. She started my nails, but I don’t think she had much experience with dip. She dipped my nails and they were not smooth or even at all. She tried to buff them down with a drill file, and that was awful. She ended up calling the owner over because she had no idea how to fix them. They were so bad. So after already being there for an hour and a half, she just put 2 coats of gel polish over the 3 coats of dip polish already on my nails. I got my manicure yesterday, and the gel and dip have already peeled and chipped off my nails. They only charged me for a regular manicure because they knew they were bad... they tried everything to fix them, and they were nice about it, but if you like dip polish, this is not the place to go...

I have come to Tommy and Susie every month for close to a decade. I have never received anything short of perfection. I always look forward to my appointments because it is so relaxing yet fun!

For starters obviously cant take criticism... Trying to find a new place to give my business, my mom suggested them, we went in and my mother started explaining to them what happened to her nail just letting them know(not wanting something for nothing). And they instantly started getting upset and telling her they wouldnt do her nails. Her nail didnt get fully covered with product and she was simply letting them know for future reference. Not a good first impression for me. Ill find somewhere else to give my business.

They do a pretty good job but they cannot take any constructive criticism. Was refused to get my nails done due to this. They became very upset!

Always a wonderful time here. Lots of laughter. Always happy with my nails.
