The service used to be great. Now the prices have went up and service has gone downhill. Ill never go back after being a customer for three years. Tired of paying $48 for a 17 minute pedicure that looks terrible! They also charged me 15 dollars to paint my nails. I had a full set on my nails for several months and when I removed the nails, a few of my real nails were green. When I went in, of course they blamed it on me. Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years and never, ever, had that happen. Then put polish on them and charged me $15 dollars and told me to wait. $63 dollars and now 4 days later, you cant tell me feet were done.

I use to go here all the time. The last two times I’ve gone they’ve charged me more than what their board says. They charged me $40 for a normal fill. Seemed very over priced definitely will check out other places. Their work is nice, but my gel marble nail polish chipped the very next day and was completely peeled off once I needed another fill.

Use to come a few years back recently started back, not wht I remembered with them, nails are always breaking and his shaping is really bad! Idk if he’s rushing trying to keep up with time management or what but the quality of my nails are bad! Will consider finding a new place yet again 🙄🙄 other then that good customer service and very professional

Customer for life! My feet are messed up from those amazon foot peel masks, my tech Lena went above and beyond to restore my feet plus went all out for my deluxe pedi! Absolutely in love!

Have been going to Tony and Paula for years, recently their quality has definitely went down hill. They cut nails to short, have no problem cutting you, will put other people without appointments before you, do not care if the nails look horrible, or uneven, and nails are lucky if they last a week. And dont bother calling the next day when you want your nails fixed, Tony will put you on speaker phone and absolutely not care about his product or reputation. Will never return.

Good attention to detail most places dont bother with. She dug out my in grown nail 😂 which hurt but needed done. Fair prices, no nonsense kinda place. Always checked with me before doing anything.

Great job on my pedicure! I haven’t been here in over a year. The ladies took good care of me today. I brought my wife too and she was impressed. The salon has moved from its original location. This place is much larger. They use plastic liners in the bowls to make it safer for the customers and staff. Very professional. We will be back.

Paula is Friendly & sweet! relaxing and very clean shop. had a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone who wants to have a nice time and BEAUTIFUL nails to come here! I’m definitely coming back :)

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! I seen the almost 5 star ratings and reviews and got excited to try this place for the first time. It’s a good shop if you want basic nails but not good at all for a basic ombré or any of the latest nail trends. The first style I showed I was told I wasn’t going to be able to get which I thought was pretty weird, but I chose another style anyway. I chose a yellow ombré which I can say in full confidence did not match the picture I showed. This nail shop uses dip powder instead of doing it by hand with a brush. I had never had that before and I would never get it again. I tend to get longer nails which I thought wouldn’t be an issue considering it IS a nail salon but evidently it was, considering my thumb nail is crooked, another is lopsided and the ends of a few of my nails are not filed straight. I asked for a coffin shape and let’s just say the coffin is not shaped well. Not to mention the top coat is chipping and it hasn’t even been a week. Would not recommend this place or come back. Waste of my 55$

The nail tech was rushing my friend because she had another appointment arriving at 4. We also had an appointment at 3:30 and the lady was being rude and unprofessional! Every color my friend picked out she was unable to do on her nails. I believe it was because it might have taken longer than she was willing to do! Needless to say I walked out and went to another nail place! I do not RECOMMEND this place at all!!

Ive been going here for years!! I love everything about this place! I admit Ive tried alot of other places in springfield and I always come back here so I have quit trying other places because no one can compete! They take their time & they are all very nice.. Clean atmosphere & the most amazing massage chairs I could sit in one all night! Nothing bad to say at all!
