I really like my nails. The women were so nice. The salon was clean and comfortable. I loved the massaging chair. There were plenty of colors to choose from.

Updated review! $45+$10 tip for Mani/Pedi polish change ONLY after 2 week gel fill/volcano pedi was RIDICULOUS! I tipped Lisa bcuz thats what you do for the stylist. I wont go back. Ask before you get your service! I should have!

I first was exited to do my nails, I did French tips. The lady didn’t speak 3 words in total. My nails look not finish. I was expecting better. The salon looked nice and clean.

The salon was clean, which is why it got 2 stars. But I must have gotten the lady who all the bad reviews are about because my shellac manicure looked TERRIBLE (the edges were uneven, my nails had debri baked into the polish, corners peeling, etc)... I guess one perk of the fact that the gel peeled off in 4 DAYS is that I didn’t have to wear the poor work for very long. I’d try again with other staff members, but wouldn’t see the same lady again. Not sure of her name as she wasn’t wearing a badge.

Honestly the best nail salon! I drive 50 miles to get my nails done here. The manager Vinny does an exceptional job. He is very detailed and gentle. I always leave loving my nails. The salon itself is very clean and the TVs are great to watch while you get pampered.

The nails looked fine. But I notice the women beside me were getting their cuticles trimmed, lotion and messages done on arms and hands etc. The guy I had just took off my old color of dip and put on the new dip and charged me $45.00. I felt like for that price it should include a little more service and I was there only three weeks ago and was charged only $35.. Not sure what has changed since then but I wont be getting him again If I go back.

I tried the pink dip this time and they turned out beautifully. They look more natural than the other nails do. I am extremely happy with the way they turned out.

Awesome nail place! Today was the first day I had ever been to them. The service was quick and everyone there was so nice. They did an amazing job on my nails, I love them! Their salon was very clean, neat and welcoming. I will definitely be making them my regular nail salon. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been going here for years, and they are always amazing

They do a great job with shellac nails, so long as it is basic. Have not tried to do any designs. Shellac lasted like four weeks without any chipping. Very impressed.

The staff was so friendly and they designed nails just how I wanted.

They only did two coats of powder and you could see through it. They chipped within 4 days. I was very disappointed in how my nails looked. The guy who did them didn’t know what he was doing as I have had my nails done for years. This was awful. :(

Lilly does an excellent job. I have been to numerous nail salons. She listens to what you want, and if you dont like it, she will fix it. They all take their time and are in no rush. Best nail service Ive received!

They didnt talk much and kinda made things awkward, but had tvs that I watched. It was a great massage on my calfs and feet. Very clean and didnt hurt me. I would recommend this place! I just moved to Springfield and was nervous about going somewhere bad, but this is place is amazing

I was fairly disappointed. i got acrylics and when i left there was stuff under them and my skin was glued on them which was painful. they are also uneven and some are longer than others. i felt like the man i had was rushed and impatient, especially when he checked the time/his calendar while taking sharp tools to my fingers.

Very clean and people very nice, not the best work Ive ever had but maybe I didnt get the best tech either, and Im kind of picky...great hours and definitely better than the place I went to for a fill, dont ever go to Nus Nails on Battlefield!
