Extremely happy with this establishment and nail technicians. I made a 2 oclock appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and was taken on time. I told him I wanted a gel tip set with French tips and got exactly that. The attention to detail was amazing and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. I will be returning as a repeat client.

Nina is who i usually deal with and she is very talented. Any design I bring her or try to describe she is always able to complete. I highly recommend this nail salon. I get that this is an odd review coming from a man, but get with the times, nails have no gender.

All customers are required to make appointments i have been going for manicures and pedicures over 10 years. The manager Nina is not truthful and then tried to switch the people I set my appointments with.. I have recommended my friends but no longer..The last time I was there I had to remind her to check my temperature. I have talked to the owner several times about these issues and nothing has been done. My nail broke in less than a week and the owner wasnt very accommodating. They have no problems taking my money.

This place was highly recommended by a co-worker. However, my experience was not the best. The staff was more courteous to regulars. I had a nail technician who was not experienced, and appeared underage. The quality of service was poor. I had to ask the staff twice to properly clean the basin. They do NOT take sanitary precautions. This establishment is unprofessional and possibly bias toward certain ethnicities.

Booming nail business. Lots of nail techs. I’ve gone on Friday mid-afternoons and the place is busy. The owner has been present and is on the hunt for an available nail tech so customers are not kept waiting to long. I do I have a concern if customers are being seated as fast as possible are the nail techs overworked?So far how busy the shop is I am given personalizes service by the nail techs. I appreciate their attention to detail of asking me first of how I want this my nails fashioned.

Welcoming, clean and great customer service. My partner and I went there today after leaving Bloom Nails. The front desk personnel at Bloom Nails was so very rude. French Nails acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. They seems very happy to have our business. This will definitely continue to have our business.

Have been here before. Thought I would try again. The SNS nails looked nice until they filed them. Uneven, blotchy, and one hand was longer than the other. I ended up filing them myself.

Jacob is the greatest when it comes to gel manicure..!! Ive tried many places and doesnt even get close to him. Place is always clean and they always try to accommodate you... Ive been going there for years...

I loved everything about my visit there. My manicure and pedicure came out great, everyone was so nice and the place was clean and renovated.

First they didnt have my apt in the book and made me wait 20 min.. than the guy complains the entire time about my normal place saying they dont know what there doing etc. A fill cost me 40 bucks. Thats insane.. Never again will i go back.

Ive been coming here every 2-3 weeks for over 4 years to get gel fill ins / full sets - with color, of course - by Jacob, tipping him 25% or more (if I ran late, for example) and giving him annual year-end bonuses. Im finally writing a review because for the umpteenth time, I was treated unprofessionally. In the past, I chalked up their occasional inability to understand how appointments work or Jacobs sorta snarky comments to being busy, having an off day, whatever. He is pretty good, and thats not an easy find around here, so I just dealt with it. Fridays experience, though, was utterly crazy; it was the last straw, and Im never going back.After noticing what looked like a couple of jagged edges, I asked Jacob to file/neaten up two of my nails. He told me that the jags were actually my skin. When I didnt understand, he explained that since Id asked him to shorten those nails, hed filed them down to the skin -- and he said this in the most nonchalant way, as if any normal person would want the same thing, when in fact, it looked RIDICULOUS to have bits of skin showing out under my nails. I said that since hes the expert, I would hope hed warn me before filing off that much. His response? He literally mocked me, saying that since Im always asking for nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, (his interpretation of me asking him to keep my nails short), today he decided that he would just keep filing, so that I’d see what would happen if I didn’t let him decide my nail length. His point was that he was trying to teach me a lesson! I couldnt believe how rude he was being, and that no manager was intervening. At this stage, I had to let him finish the service, so I stayed calm and got the hell out of there. I left him less than half of my usual tip. Wish Id left $1, but oh, well. Im sure he got the message. And the sad thing is, he probably does not care one bit.This is how French Nails -- and more specifically, Jacob -- will treat loyal & generous customers. Its shameful.

Did feet only.Watch when soaking feet too anxious put feet in bath without $1extra for lining and cleaner. Same with tools have to insist all tools.otherwise ok

New owners have cleaned up the salon. Looks like a different place with new pedicure chairs and even new floors. Love the staff.

Horrible experience, will never go back, and will not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is bad, the gel manicure looked ugly and quality of nail polish is very bad!!! They should think about hiring someone that really knows what they are doing. The place is also dirty.

NASTY nail techs, rude and rough.!!! Guy filed all the gel off from 2 weeks prior (their products) and when I asked him what he was doing as I only came for a fill (non of the nails were lifting) he was nasty as if what I asked was beneath him answering. THEN he abruptly called another nail tech to finish my fill (actually a new set) and just moved all my stuff to another station with no explanation.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING although the pedicure girl was amazing I will not patronize a salon that treats me with such disrespect

I did not like this place at all. Overpriced and the customer service was horrible. I live less than a mile away and I have not returned. I visited twice. The first time waa great but the second time everything I got had an increased and everyone was so curt. When I asked why my peddie had increased she said Thats the price; you want it or no? I then got a gel manny that was $55. Havent been back.
