My absolute favorite place to get my toes and nails done highly recommend this place Ive gone to literally 8 other places in Springfield and this is truly the best!!! My nails have never popped off or arent to thick and literally feel so lightweight I get tips w/ dip!!

I have been here a few times. The first time I walked out with crooked acrylics and 4 nails with dip and 6 with gel- made no sense, and the tech was aggressive too! The second time I had a GREAT experience with Kelly, she fixed the dip nails, re-shaped them, did a great fill, and was sweet. The third time I called and made an appointment with Kelly. When I arrived I was given a different tech and then had 3 different people work on my nails. I showed the design I wanted and not once did anyone say it would not be possible. It turned out horrible!! For the amount this place charges it should be a lot better. I ended up fixing my own nails because I will not be returning.ALSO I GOT AN INFECTION UNDER MY NAIL FROM THE TECH CUTTING INTO MY SKIN (AND IM ASSUMING USING DIRTY TOOLS THAT CARRIED BACTERIA)

A friend and I booked appointments. We were to be seen at 3. She was taken back at 3:15. I waited until 3:45. Not a problem I am patient. However, we booked appointments together for a reason. We werent even sat next to each other. We wanted to do acrylic, and were made to feel like it was a terrible decision. I asked for short nails and they are not. I wanted white tips and they are uneven. The technician kept pulling my hands towards her, but I wasnt moving them. I was still. Then she pushed the UV dryer on and messed up a nail because she hit them. My nails started lifting the next day. Needless to say we will not be back. I am happy that some people have an amazing outcome there. Unfortunately, we did not.

First time trying this nail salon. There are so many here in Springfield Im still trying to find one that is good, and Affordable if thats possible. The girl who did my pedi was great. She did scrub my heel and I have issues with it now because its were my skins soft but she painted and even put a beautiful flower design on it.

Too much going-on in the salon for any technichian to concentrate on their client!!Not relaxing at all!! And pedicure could have been better, too.

The first time i had a manicure and the lady pushed the dip on me. Being that I’m easy going I agreed. She was not attentive to my cuticles, at some point she cut me and put glue on the cut to stop the bleeding! My nails were uneven and I asked her to fix them but it didn’t make it better. They were uneven but not the worst I’ve had. They started chipping after a week. I went back a 2nd time and was excited because I had a new nail technician but after washing my hands she handed me off to the lady from my first visit. This time I didn’t let her convince me to do the dip and she seemed bothered by it. I didn’t say anything hoping that maybe my nails would turn out better. Long story short they didn’t. I have found a new nail salon down the street and they are incredible. Unfortunately I’ll never return to this establishment.

I have finally found the place I want to come back to. The staff is friendly and I personally have only worked with Lacy because she does a wonderful job.

1st time visit, and highly disappointed. Had requested an appointment for myself and bridal party and as soon as we entered the door we were swarmed by the staff and they would not stop pushing dip we all said no and told them what we were looking for my grandmother who was in for a petti was never acknowledged other than led to her chair then the lady said Im taking a break and walked off! She only sat her and was left there for 10 minutes so my grandmother walked out. The rest of us stayed and my nails (the bride) look horrific! I asked for a acrylic full set with whit tip they ended up doing DIP!! My moms nails look horrible as well and the natural pink looks like Pepto bismo!

Kim was rude when I asked why I was paying so much for natural nails with deign. Went back in there to complain and everyone was rude nails weren’t even painted fully. They said she took her time when she took at least 5 mins on three nails. Horrible Service and was my favorite place to go until now.

They have a good service, but they’re not usually open the hours they say they will be. Ive driven all the way across town twice and they were closed both times with no sign on their door.

Clean, quick, friendly, affordable, and has a great variety of colors to pick from. Go to Jenny if you can, she does a great job and has a knack for knowing what you want before you even do!They do take walk-ins, however, I recommend making an appointment to get in quicker.

I decided to come here because all the girls I work with come here to get their nails done. I normally go elsewhere for acrylic nails but wanted to see what dipped nails were like. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in right away. Prices arent bad either. The one major downside that I noticed was that not all the tools and brushes that my lady used on me was sterilized/cleaned. When I go somewhere to get my hair and nails done I like to see that the tools and equipment that they are using are cleaned after each use so it was a little unsettling for me to see that.Now Ive never had dipped nails before coming here so I didnt know what to expect. She took my entire finger and dipped it straight into the jar of powder multiple times. I didnt like that because I dont know if the people who had their fingers in it before me had clean nails or not. Overall my experience was less than ok but like I said, I just wanted to see what this nail salon and dipped nails was like.

Gorgeous place that had me in and out pretty fast considering I was a walk in on a Saturday. Even though I live an hour away I intend to come back here.My only complaint was that she did nick me a couple of times but its only because she was being thorough. These folks do great work.

Very clean, very quick. In and out in under an hour for a full set dip walk in. The place smells like cinnamon with the occasional whiff of acrylic, which is unusual for a nail place because normally you just have to gag on the acrylic smell the entire time. They even have a small pedicure chair for children. My only complaint is that a few of my tips are not even but its an easy fix. I paid $35 which is also amazing. Will definitely return.

Sent to 3 nail techs in 10 minutes! First because first went to take a new walk in, 2nd because she took her friend when she came in (the girl apologized for that) sat with a 3rd For a simple fill! Walked out when asked if a 4th tech could come so she could go work on a new persons polish change! My nails were literally down to the bare bones after all filing and no new acrylic yet! and I had to go to another salon to finish the job! So incredibly unprofessional! Will NEVER RETURN!

Horrible experience. i had white tips done and they are all completely uneven. The nails are all bumpy and not smooth what so ever. Highlight of all of this was when she completely drilled off the skin on my finger and drew blood, then said nothing about it and pretended it didnt happen. I did not feel like a valued customer. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry for no reason. No one was waiting for her. My nails look like trash and now I have to go somewhere to get them fixed because they were for my wedding. Will never be returning. Complete waste of money.

I love this place. Every two weeks I go like clock work to get my nails powder dipped. They do a great job and they stay looking so fresh and healthy.

I went in for the first time 2 weeks ago, because Id heard great reviews by some friends and I needed somewhere else to try since I wasnt too pleased with my old nail salon - I was greeted by annoyance once I said I didnt have an appointment by some lady who worked the front counter, and then I was out all the way in the back, isolated, and wasnt allowed to sit with my friend (even though thats the whole reason we were getting our nails done together). The lady that did my nails wasnt talkative, I got two words out of her and an occasional head nod, and by the end of it I just sat with a straight face quietly because I was tired of trying to make conversation with someone whod rather go sit in the break room (which she got up multiple times to go do). My nails looked horrible, the second day they were on they were already raised, and I couldnt wash my hair without it getting stuck under my nails. All in all it was just horrible and I wont be returning. Hope your experience was better. 😕

It was busy! Overall, I like how my nails were done. Some of the technicians were on their phones and not paying attention to their clients. I am selfish and want their complete attention on me. Please, as you shape and buff my nails, watch what you are doing, not turn around and be talking to someone else or gazing off into space.

It took them an hour and 45 minutes to do a set of acrylics. The man who did mine hurt me multiple times to where my nail bed was BLEEDING. They are very uneven and already coming off. (I haven’t had them for 24 hours). The smell of chemicals was so strong it gave me a massive headache. Not going here again.

I did not get my nails done there, I lost a bet and took a friend there. I havent been in many nail salons but I would say that the odor in this one was more noticable the the others. My friend also noticed that on their left ring finger, their nail was now uneven.I think it was fine though, the price was a little up there, but that is up to you to decide and Im not grading it on the price.

I will NEVER go there ever again. Ive never had such bad service at a salon. I will never suggest anyone going there. First of all when I was getting a pedicure the lady was too busy talking that she stabbed my toe and made it bleed. Then when I was getting a new set on the guy was in his phone the whole time not paying attention at all. And he didnt even do what I wanted. And my nails look like crap. I will never go back and I suggest other do that same. Horrible service and very VERY rude employees there. If I could give it a negative star I would.

I made an appointment with this salon today - I needed my acrylic nails removed and a gel manicure. Don was happy to oblige and completed all work in about 90 mins. I asked for plum polish with gold glitter accents and I am beyond happy with the outcome! Book with this salon for all of your nail needs!

Rude staff. Way too expensive for the cheap stuff they offer. Two of my nails chipped off after two days. I went in for a repair and they were SO RUDE about it, like it was all my fault. Well, pardon me if I think putting a shirt on shouldnt cause my fingernails to fall off. The rest of my nails lasted less than a week. Never will I EVER go in their door again. Not worth wasting your time here.

I went here today to have my nails done for prom. I have gone there three times, first time I got acrylics they broke leaving the salon and they charged me to fix it. Second time they did an okay job on my acrylics but they didnt push my cuticles, and that looks awful. Today was the last time I will ever go, I got shellac, I wanted a manicure. The lady didnt push back my cuticles once again even though i paid to have a manicure. The shellac chipped five minutes after leaving the salon, when I went in to have them fix it, an hour after, he said they would fix the chip but wouldnt fill the nails. Shellac lasting one day is unheard of. This salon is a rip off and I will never go back.

I would give a zero if I could. My daughter and I went for Manis and pedis as a special girls day. I spent over $100. My nail person was so rude and it seemed obviously she did not want to be doing my nails. She spoke to the person doing nails next to her and laughed the entire time. She was very rough as well. My fingernails were half painted, the sides were missing color, but she was so mean, I did not say anything. She didnt even ask if I liked them. The next day my pinkie toe had no color on it. I did Shellac on both my toes and fingernails. I dont even want to call them to repair because they were so rude. I will just have to live with my pinkie having no polish How sad that our special day was ruined. I will never go back! Save your money and go somewhere that treats you with dignity and kindness!

Paid $40 for deluxe pedicure and feel as if nothing has been done to my feet other than a bad French tip that I paid and extra $5 for. Also watched a worker pop her zits in a mirror for 15 min. Not happy.

I visited Fabulique nails and got gel polish. The lady that did them was pretty rough with the way she would pull my hand to work on it and I was just like okay whatever no big deal. During the nail service she gets out the cuticle cutters and starts trimming my cuticles which typically I never have done because they arent ever really bad. She cut me multiple times with the cuticle cutters and my cuticles were bleeding which she put glue on. The whole reason why they ever started bleeding was because she wasnt really paying attention instead she was just doing it to do it. This morning I woke up and my cuticles have never looked so bad. Theyre dry and now look like they need trimming when there was no problem at all before. Definitely not worth 25 dollars to be on edge the whole time if someone is going to cut you or not also for your nails to look worse than when you showed up. I honestly hate writing bad reviews but people should know.

WORST experience EVER! I went in and showed the the amount of of white I like by how my nails currently were and that I wanted them trimmed even with ends of my fingers! Thats pretty plain and clear but they kept trying to get me to do something different and talk me into putting on new white tips. I only needs a pink and white fill!BADLY with the dremel tool, brought blood several times-told me I SHOULD LOOK AWAY! Never once apologized and treated me like dirt actually! I have never had a more humiliating experience where I am paying someone to do that to me!!! I was literally in tears and they finally did have a nicer younger girl try and rectify the situation but the damage was already done . I really cant believe that after I was brought to tears due to bleeding and humiliation they had the nerve to still charge me! I just wanted out of there or I probably wouldve argued about the service and therefore charge! Dont go here if you want a nice enjoyable experience as they really dont care!

Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Went in Saturday with my friend to get mani and pedis. They sat us in the chairs right away and my lady began working on mine while my friends lady started her water then left for like 10 mins before returning and starting on her. My lady cut my toe so bad she couldnt get it to stop bleeding and now (2 days later) its red, swollen, and throbbing. Then she went to polish mine, the Polish was the messiest job ever that I had to clean up myself when I got home. Then on to my nails, she once again cut my ring finger that is now red and swollen and while my lady was working on me, my friends lady started screaming and crying in the middle of her manicure, every one in the salon was staring at her while my friend was shocked. They took the lady to the back and someone else finished her manicure and when we asked what was wrong with the lady they just said she is emotional and pregnant. Then they acted like nothing happened and still charged my friend full price. Very unprofessional and crappy service.

What a joke! I got my nails done their for prom FRIDAY. IT IS NOW SUNDAY AND THEYRE COMING OFF. I didnt pay $40 to have them for a night and two days. The lady was rude. Im only going back so they can fix theyre mistake and then never again.
