Excellent work ladies! Loved my mans nails and mine!

They messed up my moms nail pretty bad its like messing up someones haircut

Was told they both had appointmens and to come back. The place was empty...also kids and hubby walking around..so yes I left and will not return

Janet is the best!!!! I miss her and now that I don’t live in Springfield anymore I don’t get my nails done as often because I can’t find anyone that is as detailed oriented as her. Highly recommend!

They did my acrylics and made two of my fingers bleed on the cuticle line, my nails were not even straight & three of them were too big for my fingers, they overlapped onto the skin. When you call them they’re rude & it said “walk in’s welcome” and when i walked in they told me i had to make an appointment and when i did make an appointment they were rude the whole time i was there & really rough with my hands. I will not be coming here again. Did not enjoy my experience.

06/17/19 was refused by lady a little after opening time around 915am. The place had no customers, she was doing her nails and told me that she couldnt take me because she had an appointment at 945am. I stayed until 945am and there was no customer. I asked about appointments, she stated that she only took one appointment per hour. I felt that she refused to help me because she felt like she should finish her nails. I walked out and left.

Dont go to this nail place so gross I have worked at a spa and this is unsafe they do not follow the correct safety guidelines if you want a fungal infection or worse this is the place I saw them work on a lady that should have been advised to seek medical help and been turned away never ever been touched so beyond nasty I dont know how they have 4 stars other then family and friends helping read other reviews you might as well cut you hand and stick it in a toilet that would be safer 🤮🤢☠

Jenny is very good at what she does very helpful in the questions that I asked, the place is clean. I will be going back next time we get in town.

Meme does a wonderful job always with the acrylics as well as a pedicure. Great service for the money. I wouldnt go anyplace else.

Friendly staff, worst pedicure I’ve ever received. No leg scrub, hot towel, or even lotion! Color looks good though.

Came in at 3pm, they list they close at 6, and I was told they didnt have time for me. Okay....no one else was waiting and 1 other person looked almost done. Not sure how they cant do a 25 minute mani in 3 hours.

Google says open until 7? Door says 6. Arrived at 5 and the door was locked with no explanation.

It wasnt very clean as there were nail shavings everywhere and the water tray I put my fingers in was spotted and foggy. The towel I laid my wrists on as my nails were done appeared old and worn, and it just didnt feel sanitary to lay my hands on any surface. There were children belonging to the manicurists running around everywhere, and constantly asking for the attention of working manicurists. One sneezed on me; I got stared at up close by another. Im not personally a kid person, so that may not be a problem for others. That being said, the manicurist I had was both competent and skilled, and very quick with her work. The experience, however, was stressful for me, and I will not be returning.

These ladies are the best Ive found in Springfield.

Not very happy with my nails this time. Its been about a year since Ive had them done, and they look horrible. Firstthw pinky nails are way to short they are flush with my fingertips not like the others just a little past my fingertips. I told the tech they were to short he said oh Imessed one up and had to shorten the other one to match, he said it looks fine. (No it doesnt) I had to go back in after just walking out the door due to the Polish peeling off on 7 nails. I cashed and hopefully today they will fix them and I can rate 5 stars instead of 1.

Nails came out OK . Strongly advise you to not get your eyebrows waxed here . Don’t say you offer a service when you have no idea what your doing .

Even I arrived the staff was a little rude and the last that started my nails only knew how to barely put nails and acrylic on to the point I was about to get up then another part came over and rescued me and did a great job on everything I had asked I just wish all mail techs there knew the whole process of a fill in or full set shrugs hopefully my nails dont fall apart like on the other reviews
