Hubby got us girls gift cards for Christmas, so we went for pedis and manis today! Had 3 GREAT people working on us -- very gentle, super personable and the leg massage was WONDERFUL! Both our hands and feet felt very pampered! We will definitely go back!

This has become my place to go for pedicures but think Im finding a new place. My last few pedicures I get the same guy and its been progressively getting worse every time. Today I got no massage at all and though I reminded him about my ingrown nails he still didnt clean out the sides, so they will be painful again soon. I usually get shellac and they look ok, but the massage is my favorite part, so if I cant get that Im done. I always tip really well so I guess he figures he is getting that tip regardless. He did today, but dont think I will be back.

My wife and I just went there for pedicures. She wasnt asked which one she even wanted before he started working on her. When a free person began mine she asked which one I wanted. I said well we both wanted the same one. The man doing hers said it was too late for her. So I opted for the basic, since thats what she wound up with. They did not clean under my wifes toenails. She got cream applied to her legs. My feet were not filed nor did my legs receive any cream applied to them. Very poor service. We will not ever be going back there. My wife was planning on getting a manicure but after such poor service decided to pass on that.

Great experience! Made appointment for 4 of us for wedding and we all were so happy. 2 pedi 3 mani and they all did such a great job.

The first time was great but the second and third time was not good. Very unprofessional and the worst nails and pedicure I’ve ever had! Do yourself a favor and go to a different salon. I will never go back again!!

Usually a great place but last monday late afternoon had a nail polish let it dry at least half and was peeling next morning

I came for a mani pedi and just had them stop after the pedicure. My pedicure was horrible! I had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed. My pedicure looks like it was done at home by a child. I will not be returning ever again. If you can do a pedicure correctly I would hate to see how everything else would be done.

I got a pedicure and everything was done in 18 minutes.. I felt like my feet were still dry and when I asked her to scrub more, I offered to pay more and she told me that she did enough.. they never gave me a pedicure menu which led me to believe they don’t have any longer or more focused options. While I was getting my pedicure, another employee started complaining about another customer who had already left which I thought was very inappropriate. The only reason I gave this place any stars at all is because it’s very nice and clean inside. Good facility with bad staff

I will not be coming back here because the main girl did my nails and she did a horrible job she rushed through it and she was very rough with my hands. she cut me twice and I started to bleed and its pretty expensive for what a terrible job she did. My nails were left feeling sticky, the color was streaky, and the polish was all over my fingers and cuticles. The people here were very rude and pushy. Please save your time and money by not coming here!

I still remember the 1st time I wandered into this little shop; itsclassiness caught my eye right off. It is beautifully decorated. This is a 5 star nail salon. It is very clean, well run, reasonably priced, good selection of services and huge collection of colors and styles to choose from and the staff are so nice. I wont go anywhere else in Springfield for a mani/pedi.

Got my nails done here a couple months ago, service was terrible. The lady who did my nails kept cutting my actual skin with the nail filing tool. She filed the acrylic nails down wayyyyyyy too much to the point where you could see my actual nail. Went home and the next day they popped off. Felt like they were the fake push on nails that you get at Walmart. Went to nails by nini last month and I totally recommend!!! Service there is wayyyy better and they actually treat you like a human being.

I hate to do this as I have loved this nail salon for years. However, I went there yesterday to get a manicure and was absurdly mistreated and degraded by the workers. Never have I ever been talked to or treated the way they treated me. I went in with a photo of exactly how I wanted my nails to look and told them this was what I wanted, and I was repeatedly told, “Oh that’s expensive you don’t want that,” to which I replied, “Okay, but this is what I want.” They continually tried to talk me out of getting what I wanted several times, then finally gave me a price range that I agreed to pay. So I begin to get my nails done (I was getting a full set of acrylic nails by the way), and they were attempting what I wanted but it did not look good. So they told me I needed to go pick a color and get something different. I was pretty disappointed but I went ahead and picked a whole new manicure to get. Before she paints my nails she asks me to pay, which I thought was odd as I have never had to do this since gel polish dries instantly, but I went ahead and paid and gave a tip as well. As she is finishing my manicure I realize she is about to put regular clear nail polish on and I ask, “Is that gel polish?” to which she replied, “no, this is regular polish.” I then said, “I wanted gel polish,” and she replied, “No you said you wanted regular nail polish.” I never said this, and this started an argument between her and another male manicurist. They were both in my face arguing with me in front of the whole salon telling me I said I wanted regular nail polish. Now I am a very reserved person so I didn’t not want to make a scene, so I kept telling them that I never said that, all I did was show them the picture and told them that was what I wanted. They continued to argue and argue and I had to repeatedly tell them that I wanted gel polish for them to finally do what I was asking. So she took all the nail polish off and started to do the gel manicure I came in for in the first place, of course making sure I knew it was expensive and that I would have to pay the difference since I had already paid. I said this was fine. As she is doing my nails (for the 3rd time) she asks, “Who’s paying for this, your mom?” Now first of all, this is completely inappropriate to ask a customer. But I tried to brush it off and I replied, “No I am.” She then said, “Oh! You have a job and make your own money? Good for you.” And she said this to me very condescendingly. I was floored by this. I don’t know where you get off thinking you can talk to a CUSTOMER this way. She must’ve though I was a little teenage girl spending my mommy’s money on a manicure. I am in fact a 23 year old ADULT. I couldn’t believe I was even asked this. She finally finishes my manicure after I had been there for over 2 hours and been ridiculed by the staff, and she tried joking around trying to make light of the situation saying, “Two hours later and you finally have the manicure you wanted.” I then was paying for the remainder of what I owed and she said, “You paid too much money, take your tip back,” and proceeded to hand me my tip money back. Unbelievable!!!! I am still so appalled at how I was treated! Please please PLEASE if you go to this salon consider finding somewhere new because no one should ever be talked to or treated the way I was treated at this salon! You’d think they would want my money and just give me what I was asking for..... Apparently not. I will never go back to Bwon Nail Spa. 😡🤯

Found my new nail salon. Friendly staff laughing and joking with each in English so I was able to laugh along with them. My nails are great too.

I literally didnt have my nails done for a week before the first one broke it hasnt been 2 weeks and 5 of them are broken they all broke in the same place the first two to go where my middle fingers and they both broke the same way by scratching my leg im beyond dissatisfied with the service i paid $65 for nothing basically

They sat me in a chair and I sat there for 20 minutes with no one doing my nails. Then the guy who did my nails made them crooked (this was a fill, so my nails werent even crooked before) and he got acrylic all over my skin and cuticles, and he didnt smooth out the acrylic on my nails which left them bumpy and thick? I recommend Nails by NiNi

I went here because Nails By NINi did not have availability. BIG mistake. The dude stepped on my toe after my pedi and refused to fix it. And my nails look horrible.. everything was very rushed. I will not be back again. WASTE OF MONEY! Go to nails by nini!

I always got my eyebrows done here, until last time when they took a chunk out of my eyebrow the day before my birthday. Got my nails done while i was there and ended up cutting, not dead skin, very much alive and nerve filled skin. Terrible experience wont go to Bwon again.

1st. Arrived then got pushy attitude.2nd. Put on fake nails then told me to relax and I did so then he CUT OFF half of my ACTUAL pinkie nail.3rd. I asked for one nails to be ALL gold but see silver and only half of it is done.4th. GOT FOUR CUTS and you’re not supposed to put alcohol on cuts then paint over it.5th. Rather of went to Nails By Nini they da best
