USA Karate and fitness is not your typical karate studio. There is a family element amongst all the schools that cant be duplicated. It is the perfect atmosphere to grow your child into a confident, respectful member of society. When my daughter first started the older students welcomed her the second she walked through the door. Shes been reigning champ since she started doing tournaments and all the schools were together cheering eachother on. I could go on and on. You wont regret giving your child this opportunity!!!

I Love love love this place. My daughter has been going to Mr. Andrew for last 5 years. Very professional and hardworking. Mr.Andrew took private sessions whenever she needed extra attention. The discipline and the engagement with each child is very strong. They really encourage every child in the class and make sure they are reaching their goals and belts at right time. Strongly recommend this class

Great program for kids! Mr C and his team are great karate instructors. And the schools positive messaging includes: discipline, self defense, honesty, respectfulness and responsibility. Highly recommend!!!!

I Used to go here many years ago, for about 10 years I think. Back then it used to be an after school activity I took in my school when I started and was in 2nd grade. I loved obviously and went all the way up to black belt and got my second degree too. I used to volunteer teaching white belt and gold belt classes, and it was really great. Mr C was a really good role model. He taught me how to be disciplined and take responsibility. The only reason I stopped was to allow myself more time to dedicate towards college. Now I am joining the US Coast Guard and I think going here taught me a lot of the discipline needed for joining a service. Im shipping out tomorrow and just wanted to say thank you for assisting me and allowing me to grow into the person I am now.

My son attends karate at USA Karate and Fitness in Springfield. It is one of the only activities that he has stuck with over the years because Coach C and the staff are so welcoming and the students are kind and supportive of each other. He participated in the Rise of the Masters for the first time this year. He ended up winning an event and it was beautiful to see his pure joy and pride. Now he wants to join Team Elite and challenge himself more. This is a wonderful program and we are very lucky our son is a part of it.

This was my families first tournament ever Ruse of the Master and just can’t say enough how pleased we were. Everyone from USA Karate was helpful, even to us rookie parents. They took great care of the kids. We can’t wait for the next one! So happy to be part of the USA Karate family!

Our daughter has been attending USA Karate and Fitness for over 3 years. The staff is incredible! Always welcoming ! We truly feel we are are a part of the UFK family! Classes in the park, parents night out, flexible schedule, clean, great safety protocols in place,zoom classes, karate, grappling, weapons, great local and national - Rise of Master Tournaments. I can go on and on.

UKF SPRINGFIELD IS THE BEST MY SON HAS BEEN ATTENDING SINCE HE WAS 5 & NOW HE’S 13 HE’S LEARNED SO MUCH(LIFE LESSONS AS WELL AS KARATE) I’M TRULY THANKFUL FOR ALL THAT THE UKF FAMILY HAS DONE I SALUTE YOU YOU ALL. Great place. Great teachers. Protocols during Covid have been great. Reduced in person classes and remote classes. Sanitized equipment, masks, hand sanitizer, temperature checks, etc...

Great staff and teachers /masters. Super friendly and helpful They are great with the small children that are starting to learn martial arts. Help my kid get more focused, huge difference in just a few months. Great range of hours.

My children have been going here for the past 2 years and they love it. Instructors are great and they work with your child. I’ve seen so many changes at home and school aNd there’s only more room for more improvement with the amazing training they receive I highly recommend it!

Do not sign your children up for this location. The management is horrible and they instructors will give you the run around to cancel. My child cries every time I try to bring her there.
