I really love how they show you all your difffent shipping options, instead of just choosing one for you, that way you can choose the best option for your package. The clerk who helped me also was very knowledgeable about the shipping options and helped give me advice, which is super helpful. Also I really was good with their prices, definitely competitive!

Went in needing help shipping an international package. Steve and Cindy provided unmatched customer service and made a very unpleasant task rather enjoyable. They even stayed after hours to make sure my items got shipped. This business is the definition of an All-American Mom and Pop!

Went to Mailbox it II to mail a care package to my sons family, because my son is very ill with Covid 19. Told this to owner or employee, who then told me they didnt believe there is a pandemic! Will not be giving them any more business- need to keep their opinions and/or political beliefs to themselves. Also, their clear plastic masks were very small and barely covering their noses and mouths and would likely be very ineffective.

I have a very hard time believing these other reviews (honestly they sound like people who can never be pleased and hate life, lol jk) as I have owned a box at this location for almost 1.5 years. NEVER have I experienced a rude c.s. situation as a matter of fact there is a gentleman there by the name of, Sam who consistently goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. If you need a mailbox location that has fair hours and above average customer service this is your place.
