I have had a mixed experience with JPs. I have called on them in the past for occasional mowing and yard cleanups. The work has been adequate, but not stellar. My biggest grievance is that on more than one occasion I have not heard back from them when Ive left messages asking for pricing on services. Im not in a financial position to just order a service without first knowing what it will cost and weighing my options. And billing is always slow, which makes it hard to keep track. My guess is that they dont have support staff to handle the paperwork and respond to customer inquires, and have grown too big to effectively handle it all themselves.
