Super friendly staff. Washers are competitively priced. Dryers work very well, drying a load cheaper than most other laundromats can. Nobody I know likes doing laundry but doing it here makes it a little better.

Great place to do laundry. Super clean and staff are always helpful. The owners are so kind. They offer can soda and snacks for sale which make it easy with kids. Wish they had outside seating but other than that great place!

The washers and dryers were clean and worked well. The environment was clean also. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff are very nice. I did like the fact there were Bibles there to read while waiting. The owner helped me with my bags which was super nice. My favorite laundry shop in Springfield.

I like this place. Its so much nicer. Has so much better machine. Alot of different sizes. Different kind of loaders (front door vs top loader) for smallish sized loads.Big parking lot. A bathroom that even if a person is in a wheelchair or is using a walker they can safely get to it. 2 door ways to get in and out of. Tv to watch. Snacks that are not expensive.I was able to get here by bus route 38. It could also be reached by routes 14 and 26. I will definitely come back to this one

Not too friendly but gets the job done i guess

The washer was set for whites which should be hot water, when I had the attendant check the water temperature with her hand and it was cold she said that it was because the machines had not been used for awhile. I pointed out that the machine was almost full of water already. She rolled her eyes at me and said “fine I’ll get your money and you can use a different washer”. I told her “no, that was okay”. So my white towels washed in cold water. I will NEVER use this place again. Today is April 19 @ 1:40pm. This attendant needs a different job, preferably where she does not interact with other people.

Good value, nice employees, clean and air conditioned.

All the equipment is old and some dont work. I put 56 min on a dryer with a regular load of clothes and it was still damp.On a bright note they do have hot coffee and snacks for sale.

Went here at 6:30 just to dry my clothes because my dryer broke and the guy wouldn’t let me because they close at 8. It would of taken 30 minutes to dry my ONE load. I told him I only had to dry them and he said I still couldn’t.

I have been going to this laundry for years. There is not a more honest, helpful and hardworking bunch of people in this city. The owner bends over backwards to help people, even going out of her way to help the older crowd bring in and take out their clothes. I would highly recommend this establishment and I intend on going there for as long as I live in the area.

Quiet little place off the corner of Kansas and Kearney. Plenty of machines and quiet people made this a quick and easy process! They also have an attendant to help with any questions or problems :)

All of the machines, tables, and chairs are clean. Machines that arent working are labeled. Any time Ive had problems with a machine, I either get my money refunded or they pay for me to re-wash or re-dry my clothes in a different machine. The place is roomy, and does the job for a reasonable price. The people there have always been nice to me.Ive tried other places, but I keep going back to Gideons; no matter where Im living in town.

No one likes doing Laundry, but having a clean, friendly place to do it helps. If your really in a bind, they offer bundle services at reasonable prices. Drop off and pick up, usually the same day. Friendly attendants always on duty, and the owners go above and beyond for their staff and customers.

This laundry mat has the absolute rudest worker I have ever experienced. My husband and I loaded up all our clothes and got to the laundry mat, which on GOOGLE SAY OPEN TIL 10PM, well we happened to get there right at 8:30. Ironic part, we actually finished listening to our favorite song in the car, so maybe 8:28 when we got there. Well we get everything unloaded, open the door and the worker says closed. At first I thought he was joking, which he wasnt. He then said, were closed... We walked out, read the hours, then underneath read that last load of laundry goes in at 830. We went back to our car, looked at my cell phone and it was only 832... So my husband decides to go in and ask if there is anyway we can do our laundry, were only a couple minutes late. Normally when we do laundry, we split up the loads in dryers so they dry faster. My husband and I both work 12+ hours a day, we werent trying to hold them up from closing.So after all this, this rude worker comes out and tells us to never step foot on the property again.... This guy was so angry.... I dont even know how he got that mad..... oh and he was watching a show during all this....As we got in our car to leave he acted like he was calling the cops on us. It was truly the worse encounter with a worker/owner Ive ever experienced.As a small business owner in Springfield Mo, I would never treat a potential customer in this manner...I felt threatened, and I will surely never be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Went there and paid extra for hot water. Got no hot water. The attendant and his wife were extremely rude! She sat in front of the TV with her leg slung over the other seats taking up an entire row of seats which are meant for customers NOT the attendants wife! She was also very rude just like her husband. This place has the worst customer service and they make You feel completely unwelcome. Pretty stupid for a business to run off $35 in business a few times a month. Maybe the owner should read these reviews and fire the attendant since he and his rude wife are running off customers. Id rather drive to the south Campbell laundromat and avoid these nasty hateful people than EVER spend my money here again! Fire him and his rotten wife!

Very clean

I go there very week .staff is nice people. And the machines are new and there getting new ones to replacing the old machines. But the place is little cramped. Specialty when its bizzy. Its a small place. Prices are Okay. But your clothes get cleaned. I dont mind that I pay $2,50for a wash with extra cycles. And $1 for a dryer. Put it this way, I WILL NOT GO TO ANY PLACE ELSE.. because the other mats Ive been to suck thay really dont get you close clean. To me thats what really counts.

Ive been doing laundry there for the past few months, its clean and comfortable.Ive watched regulars come in and the attendees seem to have real friendships with them.I myself have found the attendees very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the need for laundry facilities.

I will never use this drop off bundle service again! I accidentally left a large amount of rent money in the pocket of some shorts that I took in to be washed. When I realized it and called about it, no one could give me any information. I requested that the owners please call me...which they never did. I called at least 5 or 6 more times, still with no return calls. If that doesnt say dishonest and guilty...I dont know what does! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I used to do mt laundry here every week .... Ima single mom with 4 Children one of my kids is autistic and the man that was working was so rude to me and my children. Sometimes my son has fits and my son was running and he asked us to leave because my son was throwing a fit. But yet there was another child in the place climbing all over the tables and the arcade game that was in there and did not say a thing to them. Also when i was picking up my baskets to leave he came over and he was sweeping and hit my daughters legs! I will never go back to this place!!! When i asked for the manager/ owners name and number he rerefused to give it to me and then pretended to call them while i was there and when i asked to speak with them he refused!!! I suggest if you have children never to go to this place!!! I have never been treated so awful in my life!!

Always a friendly attendant on duty, equipment is clean and seldom down. Bathroom is clean. Plus, one of the attendants always has Sudokus printed for customers entertainment.

I can not believe this is a licenced business. They allowed someone to take our clothes and then said supposedly they were brought back, but when we received our clothes over half of them were missing and the owner refused to call me back. Not only that every person I talked to gave me the run around and a different story then before. Ive spoken to four different people who work for this business no one can tell me what really happened. The last thing I wanted to do was get the police involved but I have no choice. I seriously can not believe how the owner or manager didnt want to help at all. It blows my mind at all how people this low own and run a service business.

This guy is a pig. Says last load at 830. But they are open till 10. U cant even use a dryer during this time. Terrible business dirty and expensive. And to top it off I was verbally assaulted when I asked at 9 pm to use the dryer for 24 minutes. If ur open till 10 I should be able to use services till then. Period. And of u run a business u dont turn away a paying customer! Lucky I dont press charges and to think ur my elder pretty sad world we live in. Couldnt help my dryer went out thats why they have these services in the first place! And if u had bad customers before me dont assult me because of someone else... Or at all for that matter!

Went to do laundry here and was going to ask the woman working when the last load goes in. I walked up the counter and said excuse me, (she was on the phone with a friend it sounded like as she was laughing and just chatting) she moved the phone away from her ear, gave me a disgusted look and showed me that she was on the phone. She then continued her conversation. Do your job or lose business. And do it nicely.

Id give it no stars. Lady is very rude. Yelled at me because I underloaded a washer. Now this time she yelled at me for overloading washer. Made me leave with half washed clothes and dont have money to rewash. Horrible place.
