Marshall helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement/wedding ring for me and was patient and supportive while I chose jewelry for my bridesmaids. Not only that, they have helped us with other pieces as well, including cleaning and inspecting my husbands wedding ring which was a gift from his father. Beautiful jewelry, many options. Went in to get a sterling silver ring resized (not bought from here) and came in last minute was offered same day service, little costly, but they set me up with a ring sizer to I can afford the cost to change the size.

I went to Cornerstone after calling and visiting a few other stores that in the end couldn’t/wouldn’t help me. I had two rose gold rings out together a few months ago and recently took it out of the box and it had drastically changed colors. I thought the platting had chipped off after speaking with the company I originally bought it from. I went in asking if they could replace it and immediately knew that was not the issue. All I needed was a special cleaner. The associate was so kind and informative about the type of metal my ring was and how to properly care for it moving forward.Highly encourage anyone to go and speak with them! Went to Cornerstone to get a watch repair last year, which was way cheaper than other places Id checked. The problem recurred, however. No problem. Stuff happens. Went to take it back and they were shut down due to the plannedemic. By the time I got it in to them the one-year warranty had expired, and they wouldnt take into account the fact that they were down for quite a while, and affirmed that they would have to charge me again. Whatever. I thought about getting something new and didnt have them fix it at that time. But I eventually came back to just have them redo it.But unlike most places in town, rather than just posting a notice that the city requires you to wear a mask, they post that under no circumstances will they allow anyone in the store without one. Which .... strictly speaking... is illegal, as exceptions are made both in HIPPA laws, and in the city dictators decrees even, for health issues. But whatever. I parked outside and called in to have them come out and get the watch. A female answered and I explained the circumstance, and asked if they could come out and get the watch, but briefly voiced my objection that most local businesses were content to merely post the mandate and leave it to you if you would wear one, and didnt seek to enforce their extreme policy in complete disregard to the health needs of their patrons. To this she immediately copped a very ugly attitude and basically attempted to affirm that the whole city did as they do, basically calling me a lair. I pointed out that I go all over the city and my health needs are respected almost universally, though some few do as they do. To this she replied in considerable rudeness that she was not going to discuss this point, (i.e.... would discuss it only in so far as she would dictate and have no accountability). I felt it worthy saying that Ive not been treated with such rudeness in any Springfield business Ive patronized for approximately 17 years of being here. Ive had many friends go to this place, with glowing references. It was my last visit.

This Store has amazing jewelry, for both men and women. I don’t normally get mesmerized by jewelry but Cornerstone has very unique and intriguing jewelry. The most friendly people you will ever meet. Not pushy at all. Definitely the best jewelry store I’ve shopped at. They knew all the right questions to ask about my wife and zeroed it down perfectly. She loves her bracelet. Great job.

I don’t know anything about jewelry… well, besides the fact that my wife really enjoys when me and the kids get it for her. With that as my background, I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated by the staff at Cornerstone. I’ve been to other jewelers, felt a little pushed around by salespeople and hovered over until I was almost buying jewelry based on the peer pressure I was feeling. This has NEVER been my experience at Cornerstone. I never feel pressured to buy anything. I always feel welcome. When I have question, they all always answer in a way that doesn’t make me feel dumb for not already knowing the answer. Their selection is huge, so they’ve always got something stylish no matter what my budget. They may look a little mom & pop on the outside, but clearly they’ve spent their money on making sure they do what’s best for their customers, not their curb appeal. They are generous within the community, too. Springfield is lucky to have them. Fair, honest and genuine. Can’t really ask for much more.

Each piece of jewelry was treated with such care and the attention to detail was unmatched! I love Cornerstone and its staff! Each time i have been in they have been more than accommodating. When we started to look at engagement rings i would come in to visit the one i loved often and when the day came for my man to pick out a ring they made sure he knew what i loved and that is exactly what i got! I was shocked and more than delighted. To top it off when Valentines rolled around i couldnt break away to get into the store so they sent me pictures and options for some man bling. I was able to pay by phone and they delivered it. BOXED and in a GIFT BAG! I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone!

I took a sterling silver ring to get fixed where the solder point broke. It took a week and a half to fix, and was done on the day they told me it would be. The two employees I interacted with were both very nice. My ring looks better than when I gave it to them! They shined it up and you can’t even see where it broke.

Rude and not helpful

I admit I may be a little bias. A few weeks ago Billy and Luisa was at my house getting ready to go on a float trip. On the hot asphalt driveway was a lonely earthworm crawling his way to the grass to cool off. Once Luisa saw the earthworm, she got a bottle of water and poured a small amount onto the worm to cool it off.What does pouring water over a hot earthworm have to do with jewelry? Absolutely nothing! But, if a person shows this much compassion over an earthworm, imagine how much care and compassion they will show when you are there to purchase that engagement ring, or to have a watch engraved to mark a milestone, or whatever your need may be.I highly recommend everyone at Cornerstone, as they all have a heart of gold.

I work closely with CornerStone for proposals and weddings, and they are a cut above the rest! Their jewelry is gorgeous, but its the customer service that really makes them shine. Luisa and Billy go out of their way for their to make your jewelry buying (or designing) experience impeccable!

Im kind of addicted to their facebook feed. Cornerstone brings in the most unique jewelry in Springfield. Ive never been a fan of the standard diamond set in gold. While Im sure they can cover that well - I go for the custom pieces, one of a kind pieces and finds I didnt even know existed like the carved pearl over an amber base I received for Christmas.If that wasnt enough, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have enjoyed every encounter with Cornerstone.

My husband and I went here three times together and each time they were VERY friendly and informative! They went beyond what we thought they would do for us. We sold jewelry there and we also got a ring re-sized there. DO NOT go to the Jeweler across the street! The man there was not very friendly and his prices were just awful! He has no customers. But when we went into Cornerstone for the first time they has at least three people in there. They greeted us and told us we would be helped asap. And boy did they! Fantastic people! Keep the people you have there because they know their stuff and they are very kind. They are not pushy or rude. Just genuine and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! I went in to get a chain necklace measured to have a clasp put on a pendant charm and the lady helping me took my necklace and acid tested it scrached it without my permison she was very rude!!! instead of handing me my necklace back to me she said here u can have this back my necklace she set my necklace on the table waded it up didnt even use a jewelery tray i talked to a man the next day on the phone and he apologized for what happened i was on my way there anyway when i got there he was very rude!!! to me he tried to say they didnt acid test it scraching it i even had him put it uder a scope and showed him where they acid tested scrached it on the lobster he kept turning the chain where the acid test scratch wouldnt show in the scope he was insulting my inteligence telling me i didnt know what a acid test scrach on my necklace was i told him i worked in a pawn shop for 15 years and he continud to treat me like i was stupid

Prices were what I expected for a stand alone jewelery shop ($12 for watch battery replacement, $10 to remove extra links). Service was great! I had them remove several links, tried the watch back on, then had them remove one more. Changed my mind and want the one link put back, stopping by this afternoon to see if theyll do that for me, will update this with the results.
