I have been going to Lanty for over 20 years. You truly walk out of there feeling beautiful. He takes all the time in the world with you, explaining the process and getting to know you. People wear hair for many reasons, and you are not judged when you are in there. He is a gift from God, who shines through. He is a true artist with any types of hair he needs to work with. Lanty is the best at what he does. He takes the time and listens to what you want and need. He does not use high pressure sales tactics, he doesnt have to because he knows hair and hes weathered all the storms. When other similar companies have gone under, he remained strong. Called to ask about what type of extensions and wanted to know about them and how long they last and he was very rude lol whoever I talked to needs an ego. check told me to go somewhere else and I’d come crawling back lol I’m seriously appalled at the service. Awful.

Called to get information about hair extensions and was asking questions about the kind he does and prices and such and he said we were being too picky and we should go elsewhere. Which is exactly what we did. If you want peoples business then it’s your job to answer their questions. Very rude in my opinion.
