The employee that showed up was nice. But felt like the pricing was inaccurate. I estimated a 1/2 load when I set up the appointment. I had a love seat, a couch, and quite a few boxes that had already been broken down. Add a few small misc items as well. The guy quoted me for a 3/4 load at $180. I paid the amount just because I wanted it gone. My problem lies in the fact that everything could have easily fit in as a 1/2 load, had they not just thrown everything in without a care of where it goes (laying the broken down boxes on the floor of the trailer). I also had to sweep up a bunch of broken glass and nails from my driveway that fell out of the bottom of the trailer (none of which belonged to anything I had removed). I dont believe I would recommend this service to anybody. I would have liked to see a little more professionalism and care.

Bella and Norman came out and gave me the best estimate of 3 companies. They first had to remove a bush root stump that prevented them from getting to the backyard to demolish and remove my shed. No problem! They tore that shed apart in no time, and did exactly what I asked and left the place clean. Couldnt be happier! They were friendly, efficient and a wonder to work with. I couldnt beat the price either! And it only took about 4 days between booking them and them getting the job done. I highly recommend! Great value... great service!

Price changed several times from the quote. Seemed like the driver could make up any price that they wanted and the company didnt care. The driver was annoyed the whole time that he had to do his job. The driver tried to force my son in law to help him load the trailer. When we called the company they didnt care. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!

Today was the second time I have used J&T Removal Service. Each time they were prompt, polite, and professional. The transaction was much easier than trying to negotiate with traditional trash services. Highly recommend this company to remove old furniture.

I had so much JUNK pile up over the years it was honestly giving me anxiety. I went so far as to not even opening my garage for a couple months because I was so embarrassed. My mom referred J&T because she had used and was extremely happy with their service so I gave them a call and they were able to come out within a couple days. I was quoted between 3 and 4, fortunately Norman showed up right at 3 which I appreciated a lot because I had a lot of stuff to do still. He was extremely friendly and didnt make me feel bad at all about my junk. I was worried we wouldnt get everything loaded but he made it work perfectly, I couldnt be happier! As far as the price; You honestly cant put a price on happiness. Just knowing I have my deck and garage back is worth every penny spent and thats no joke. We ended up having a full trailer worth of junk almost and it was out of here in less than an hour. Thanks again, Norman! We appreciate all you do to make our lives better! And our neighbors are probably extremely happy that eye sore is off the side of my house too LOL.

For the most part it was a great experience with J&T, Norman was very nice. My only issue was, if they know a service will be a two man job, there should be two men to do it. I helped the guy load stuff, which is fine I didnt want him to strain or hurt himself, but if Im paying a company $100 to move something I feel like I shouldnt need to lend a hand. All in all though, they are very kind, very fair priced, and efficient!

Had great service with J&T; Norman, Zane, and Lawayne made quick work of my basement and all the junk that was lying against the walls. Would definitely recommend them they made sure not to damage anything as they hauled it through my residence. Had some pallets and insulation along with some miscellaneous items from the previous tenant. Reasonable rates and quick service.

I highly recommend this Company. They are exactly as advertised!!! When their driver Norman arrived he was very friendly and professional. He looked at everything that we needed removed and he quoted a price which we were very happy with. We agreed and he immediately started loading. We actually asked him to take a break and cool off a little about halfway through as it was very hot and humid carrying the trash out of the house, with no air-conditioning on. Very poor service. Called at 12 noon on Monday, booked for a 10:30-11:30 am arrival on Tuesday. Then was told Id get a call between 8:30 am and 9 am to confirm and if I do not confirm the appointment is automatically canceled at 9 am. I have meetings 8 am to 10 am and cannot answer my phone then. So they said theyd have to cancel if they dont hear back from me and we can reschedule for a day when Im free to answer their conformation call. I even offered to pay in advance, I was booking less than 24 hours out and there is no reason to believe I would cancel! But they wont budge so I guess Im looking elsewhere.I hope they understand how ridiculous that was - wanting me to confirm again when Im booking less than 12 hours away, and being so strict about the confirmation time. Then they say its policy so they can ensure they get payment for the job even if I no show - well so I offer to pay upfront, for the whole thing, for a deposit so theyre covered for the trip if I no show, whatever works. And they refuse that! Just extremely poor service. Call a corporate junk removal to get the same service at a lower price, or there are other local businesses who actually care for their clients! Give your money to those!

They confirmed my appointment this morning, let me know approximate ETA, and completed the work quickly and neatly. Norman was very personable and friendly. I thought junk removal would be expensive and inconvenient but I was wrong. J&T had someone come and pick up my junk the same day I called. They gave me a one hour window in which they would be here (not all day like some services). Matt even called to see if he could come early which was great. After looking at the junk, I was given an estimate less than I thought it would be (a bargain) and Matt loaded everything in no time. Since I am renovating my home, I will definitely use J&T again to haul off my trash.

Excellent experience. When I called to get an idea of the price they asked a lot of questions so they could estimate it reasonably. They thoroughly explained how they charge. They called when they were on the way as I asked them to do so I could meet them and didnt have a lot of waiting. This company is all around perfect! I was easily able to make an appointment and everything went well when the 2 people arrived. They arrived on time and explained the charges and what they could and could not take very clearly and were very kind with a great sense of humor. They cleaned out my entire garage and removed 2 old box springs, a mattress, and a small desk from the upstairs of my house. They also took an old truck cap from my yard. I was told I would get a call before they show up. But I never got a call and no one ever showed up. I tried to call them and the number immediately hung up on me. Their price seems very reasonable but after the hassle I just rented a truck and did it myself.Update: I am definitely reviewing the correct company. Fast, and professional people working for this company. I recently moved, and with moving comes the cleaning out of years of junk that builds up in your house that will be left behind. Had the guys from J&T come out to do two jobs for me at two different locations. I expected them to only take the furniture out of the rooms leaving me to have to sort threw all the paper trash, and random items that would be left behind. Boy was I wrong. They completely cleaned out my house for me. They took what would of been a month of clean out for myself, and compressed it into less than an hour. I am now left with a completely empty house that is ready to be cleaned from top to bottom before being sold. For the money I do not think I could have rented out a truck for the total service price. If you have anything to get rid of give these guys a call. You will not be disappointed. I will be using them again to haul off items that I replace in the future. They have earned a repeat customer this day.

Quality and integrity are what make a good business and J&T Services have neither.When the two young kids arrived about 20 minutes later than the latest time they stated they would be there, I did not get upset, although I had a scheduled appointment. Thy stated they would at least knock out 2/3 of the trash pile but possibly all of it. I left right after they backed the trailer up and they stated they would call me when they were done and tell me how much was left of the pile, if any. I never received a call and decided to stop by the property because I never heard back from them. Upon my arrival of the property, I could tell that the pile was barely touched. I immediately called J&T and was told that they have a dump receipt from the landfill and a signed contract from me, so theres nothing I can do, as they have been to court over this before and won. I told them that I have pictures of before and after and that it is very clear there is basically no change to the size and height of the pile as I took multiple pictures from all angles. The man on the phone representing J&T then threatened to bring an equivalent amount of trash and dump it in my yard. (This would be random trash as mine was allegedly already dumped.) He then stated they were an accredited business and have Springfield connections and I would never win in court.To summarize, if you should unfortunately decide to use this company for trash removal, be present the entire time they are there. Ive learned that lesson, as well as that cheaper is not always necessarily better.I hope this review is helpful in your decision.I saw their pitiful response to my review and I want to make it clear that I did try to stop the check but they had already cashed it and my bank said it was too late. Good thing for you that you cashed my check quickly. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks - stay away from this place!
