After registering and paying the fee online I sent my fingerprint card to Morphotrust at their correct address in Springfield, Illinois via Fedex. Nearly a month later I received the fingerprint card back in the mail with a standard letter and highlighted section stating I need to preregister online. This letter was from Idemia, apparently a company that has taken over Morphotrust. Unfortunately they must have had some communication and logistics issues because when I called Morphotrust (10minute wait and a few transfers to the correct department) they confirmed I preregistered and paid online and gave no explanation as to why my card hadnt been processed. They offered no resolution and when I inquired about using their fedex account to send the card back again they declined and now I have to pay for a second fedex delivery on top of the month to 2month delay in processing my fingerprints for professional licensing.BAD BUSINESS Morphotrust shame on you. Step up to the plate, acknowledge your mistake, and take corrective action.Be happy with 2 stars, it should have been 1.
