I feel like none of the staff know what they’re doing, I called and left a voicemail during work hours about scheduling an appointment with a therapist and never received a phone call back. I then called again a couple days later to see if they had received my voicemail and they said they had not. Once I did get a hold of someone they told me that they would contact me once my appointment was made. I didn’t hear from them for a couple of days so I decided to call them AGAIN, to my surprise they said they don’t have an appointment for at least a month. They should’ve just told me that from the beginning or at least notify me about the average time frame it takes to get seen here. Don’t waste your time here find another place to get help. This is not the way to treat a customer.

So pleased with Adam who has helped me during my divorce....one of the most challenging seasons of my life. Grateful!

Recently received a bill which had a charge for psych diagnostic evaluation. I have already been diagnosed by a Psychiatrist, I think it is unnecessary to be retested by a non-medical professional. I also do not remember taking this test. I thought my counselor was lackluster and this is the first time I have had a counselor I did not or like. I already know what the problem is, I got a therapist to help me deal with the stress of my job. I did not feel this was received, I understand it is not the therapist job to fix my problems, but ideas and techniques to try would’ve been nice. I discontinued services and wouldn’t recommend this company.

I loved the counselor I saw there. Their office staff was inept. They never filed an insurance claim. The bill they kept sending was wrong; they did not credit one of my $100 payments.They never returned my phone calls. I went to the office twice and no one knew how to help me. Beware.

Our counselor has been on time once the whole time weve been seeing them. They are always at least an hour late, usually more, without communication unless we initiate it. Lots of billing problems too. Quality of services questionable. Would not recommend unless no other option is available.

Ken is an excellent counselor- there are many available at this location. Don’t give up because of one bad experience, my experience was exactly what I was hoping for.

I brought my daughter here hoping for help. I know that not all issues will be resolved in one appointment but.... The first appointment was everything i expected. Getting to know my daughter, whats the issues, what do we need help with, how has life been since basically birth! All of a sudden in the middle of talking the counselor stands up and says ok ill get you on your way UMMMM ok... can you help us? Should we work on anything? Should we come back? How often? What is the next step? She said none of that! Just ok ill get you on your way I will simply not be going back because of this. It was not very professional if you ask me! I would have expected Ok, I definitely think these are all issues i can help with. I would like to see you weekly to start with and go from there. For the next week can you work on............ at home and try to be positive. Know that you are loved. You have a great support system. I really look forward to seeing you again!
