Life is an ever changing journey with so many ups and downs. Its okay to ask for help when you get lost along the way. Always. And theres no better place than here to get it. It took me a while to come to terms that I needed to speak with a counselor. Working with the counselors at CCS are exactly what I needed. They helped me express my feelings and work through my issues while encouraging me along the way. I recommend CCS to everyone!

The counselor fired us before the session got started. He said he didnt get a good vibe and wasnt going to continue. I think it had something to do with me telling him that we read the paperwork and did not need it reread to us taking up our counseling time. At $150 an hour well 45 minutes I would like the time to be spent on something important not something I already read.

Several years ago, after sharing my frustration and disappointmentwith a friend about my recent session with a counselor, he referred meto Christian Counseling Services. I was a little skeptical and nervousat first, but my experience at CCS has exceeded my expectations timeand time again. While counseling and working through my own issues hasnot been an easy task, it has been easier with the help of a counselorwho is there not only to support, but challenge me every step of theway. Through counseling, I have been able to work through my issuesand become a stronger, healthier person.

After meeting the CCS staff they were incredibly friendly. My sessions with Brian were extremely helpful and you could tell CCS really cares about the people that walk through their doors. Amazing experience overall!

I have greatly enjoyed being apart of a team of counselors and staff that care for people and have dedicated their lives to helping others lead healthier lives. It does not feel like work coming into the office everyday!

I was calling a lot of different counseling offices around Springfield trying to figure out which place would be best for my fiance and me. When I called the Christian Counseling Services, the lady answered, (she answered the phone in a very rude tone by the way), I asked if they offered Pre Marriage Counseling and the lady responded If you would of looked at our website, you would know that in a VERY snide tone, and she was being very condescending . This took me by complete shock, I then told her that I had not been looking at websites, I was just on my phone calling all the offices around Springfield, trying to just get a feel for what every office was about. Im VERY disappointed in this business, and Im very shocked that that lady was allowed to answer the phone, or quite frankly that she is even employed at all. I was treated terribly before I could even make an appointment! I will definitely be telling people about the terrible experience I had with this business!
