Very easy to work with. They quickly found us a local structural engineer and set up an appointment within only a couple of days. When our soon-to-be home failed inspection on the tie downs they did not require an additional fee for a re-submission. Also, they are very competitively priced.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY! They knew the bank was supposed to pay them for my home inspection, when they couldnt get their payment quick enough, they came directly after me, the little guy, for the payment that was going to be covered by the bank requesting the home inspection and they were fully aware of this. They didnt notify me at all, just pulled the money out of my personal account, forcing me to have to be recouped by the refinance bank. Dont sign anything with this company!

If there was a zero stars option I would choose it. I will NEVER hire Hayman Engineering and neither will my lender or any person involved in this transaction. The engineer was hired to do an inspection and certification of manufactured home piers, was paid $415, and passed a pier that was not only corroded but completely broken in places. The pier is completely structurally unsound and can barely hold weight. This overlook almost cost us the entire real estate transaction. I am extremely disappointed with their quality of work and learned my lesson choosing large companies over small-town businesses. Be careful who you hire. Zero stars.

This company is a joke! We scheduled for them to be out on a certain day and they came out a week before the work was complete. It takes them forever to get reports done and then when we call to see whats up they put me on hold and then hang up. This company is by far the worst we have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this place!

Got an inspection for a foundation on a home. Hayman decided after the inspection was done that they would no longer certify a homes as structurally sound in South Dakota due to possible expansive soil. They were difficult to work with, hard to contact and very inflexible when then decided to change their mind post home inspection. I would not recommend Hayman as residential engineering firm.
