Dont understand the negative reviews. My mantel was out of stock and had to be backordered. I received a call the next morning asking if I wanted to cancel it or wait for it to be back in stock.service was outstanding. A+++ from me!

I had a stress free experience from the quote to the payment to the delivery of products and services. A couple of emails and a couple of calls and I got exactly what I needed. Much easier than dealing with one of the big box stores where theres never anyone around who can help you and when you find someone- they are unhelpful. 🤷 My experience at least . i got timely responses to my inquiries for the most part . I mean maybe this company needs a few more employees right now to deal with customer service- but thats literally everywhere during the pandemic.A really helpful guy on the telephone was Shawn, I think his name was ? Idk I dont remember honestly. Lolz 😂. Funny- I remember the name of the early 20s girl at the big box store i approached in person for the same project- Adrienne- if I was a complainer than lord have mercy. But Im not. Who wants to spend online all day writing tirades about the fact they didnt get treated like royalty during a pandemic when you can literally order anything online and have it delivered to your front door.And that was my experience with American Outlets. I started with an inquiry online for an embarrassingly necessary product in modern life that i dont completely understand, and had it delivered and installed on my timetable.

*** BRANDON*** Buyers Beware! Worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced by Brandon whom is also the manager. This is my first time rating someone because everyone can have a bad day but this one is different he will turn colors like a Chameleon.Got a quote but never received vie email, called asked for the original person I spoke with then he allows no well need to do another quote but as questions are being asked/answered he doest get or received the answers hes looking for he will rudely get off the phone and if you call back thats when the name calling comes in then its just hanging up on. To my knowledge theirs no chance for resolve as long as Brandons screening the calls and needs to be let go.

Rude customer service by Brandon. I called today asking about the Cal-Royal interconnected entrance locks. I needed to know if overnight shipping was available and storeroom/classroom function. He said no to both questions.When I tried to ask another question about the specifications listed on their website for that product, trying to verify it would unlock both deadbolt and lever simultaneously when turning the inside lever. He cut me off stating Ive already told you classroom function isnt available, Good luck on your search and he hung up on me in the middle of my question.Features listed on website:GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS - Simultaneous retraction on both latch and deadbolts from inside by turning the lever in a panic-proof exit situation. Top lock is heavy duty deadbolt with the bottom lock having a cylindrical body . High security with a double locking point using the keyed lock function.
