Our office had a new copier from CDS installed recently. When the copier is installed, a technician comes in to install the driver, etc. Matt Bretz has been a technician with the company for many years, and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer service.

This has been a very stressful week for me, technology wise. Ryan Davenport went above and beyond what was expected of him. I have been in contact with him 2 days in a row and both days he was extremely helpful and was able to fix a programing problem that he was actually not responsible for, but because the software technician pretty much refused to help, Ryan stepped in and was able to find the problem and quickly took care of it. He was professional, courteous and extremely patient with me. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!!! Thank You RYAN, your the best. :)

Luke is an excellent tech. He does a great job and takes good care of CDS clients. He has always addressed any issue we have had and is very personable on top of it.
