They kept my sons Ipad for 3 weeks and never called me for an update. (WILL NEVER CALL YOU BEFORE YOU CALL)When I called them after 3 weeks, I was told I can pick up my Ipad.If you have little complicated repair, dont try this guys. They will just make scratch on your phone/tablet and wont do anything.

I came into the store and Osman was quick to assist me. He was very helpful. He asked me what type of case I wanted, if I wanted a screen protector and he also put the screen protector on for me which was really nice (especially since I can never do it without air bubbles). There were two other gentleman there as well that were also very nice with bright smiles. They kept a good conversation and there wasn’t an awkward silence when I was paying or having my screen protector put on. 10/10 would recommend going here if you need a case and/or screen protector.

A BIG thankyou to the fix in Springfield Towne center. I got my phone 3 weeks ago and Cracked the screen completely. (You shouldnt rush through life.) I called the fix right after it happened and they were able to get my new screen within 3 business days. Which I must say is a really good turn around time for a brand new phone that just recently came out. The guy in the store was extremely friendly and nice.He fixed my phone in no time!!!! Now my phone is as good as new! I know if I ever need to have my phone repaired again I can come to them. Thanks a BUNCH!

I went in for a screen repair on my iphone 8. Was told half an hour. Came back 15 minutes later and it was done. They offered me a privacy screen and were overall nice and helpful.

When searching places to fix phones in Springfield Mall, out of all the places, this one was the bestly reviewed one. I gave this place a try and was attended really well and efficiently by Leul. I explained that I had LED issues and a broken screen. I gave him my phone and within an hour my phone is perfect. Very straightforward and reasonable price! I give this place 5 stars.

I walked in for service on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 that didnt power up. Osman the manager offered a free test with a fresh battery to diagnose the issue. He determined that the battery and charging port required replacement. He even discovered the fingerprint sensor was detached which he replaced free of charge. This kind of old time courtesy service is rare in this day and age. I highly recommend that if you have a mobile phone on the fritz that you take it to The Fix in Springfield Town Center!

I got tempered glass for my note 10 plus from the fix. Osman put is nicely and without any bubbles. This is the only place that had tempered glass for my note 10 plus and fingerprint still works in it. Recommend it.

I went in to the fix with my iPhone 5s b/c it had problems charging. Over a course of several months it got worse. So when I went to the Springfield Town Center to look for Mother’s Day gifts, I thought I would stop in an ask an expert about my situation. Osman was very helpful and explained the situation could be just lint build up or a bad charging port. So I was very pleasantly surprised when after 15-20 min. My problem was fixed. Just needed lint build up cleaned out! Only $30, verses a lot more to replace phone or even new charging port. Thanks Osman for great service and saving me money!

Went in to get my cracked iPhone 8 fixed today and Sufian was able to fix it in under an hour, and it only took that long because the place was busy today! I even got a discounted screen protector with the repair to protect my phone. The repair was around 90 dollars, a little pricy but not bad if you’re in need of a quick fix! I highly recommend getting your phone repaired here.

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen. Came to the fix Springfield to get it fix. Osman at the Fix fixed my iPhone 6 in less than 20 minutes. The screen comes with warranty too. It’s a nice store and they have a huge variety of accessories for all the electronics.

I was so impressed by his customer service that I decided to get the glass replaced on my S9+ to which he also was kind enough to give me a discount on. Cost of repair was 10 dollars cheaper than an online alternative at the time of order, but the store failed to deliver 1 of the services promised. I did not get charged for the failed service, but the entire duration of the store-visit service was longer than what it took for past mail-in services.

The fix has a variety of cases for your phones. Go check them out. They do iPhone repairs, Samsung repairs, laptop repairs. They also sell unlocked phones. I had a screen protector put on my iPhone 7 Plus. Islam put it on for me and did a great job. No bubbles and it was cheap than all the places in here. Definitely recommended.
