This place was great! I was only in there 5 minutes and they had already figured out why my laptop wouldn’t charge and gave me a quick, affordable , and easy solution. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone having computer trouble.

My laptop hinges broke, my screen was barely standing straight and almost detaching from the bottom part that has the keyboard. Abi was able to evaluate and fix them same day, without having to order any parts which was really convenient for me as I needed my laptop for work next day. Abi was also respectful and took the time to explain my laptop issue and what exactly he did to fix it for my understanding. Great place!

My laptop crashed. TCS Computer was able to recover the crashed system drive, clone it onto a better drive and also clone my data drive onto a better drive. Laptop now works like a charm.

Theres no other place to go. If you live in the Springfield/Burke VA area, consider yourself lucky. If not, move! They are honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. If you want it, they can build it, and quickly, even if the components you want are the latest, and therefore hard to find. They definitely have connections, and know what to buy, and what to avoid. They treat you as you would a good friend, and do whatever is needed to make sure youre happy. Youll feel important, as though youre the only customer that matters. I knew what I wanted in a new computer, and was actually talked into a slightly lesser system. They explained that the motherboard, CPU, and graphics cards I wanted were nice, but in each case the models below were nearly as good and were much better values, that the higher priced components were only slightly better, and not worth the extra cost, even when factoring in my intention of using the computer for years to come. Obviously looking out for my best interests rather than their profit margin. I had considered just ordering the parts and building it myself, but they did an absolutely professional job. The insides look better than the outside. An obvious labor of love. And it wasnt just handed to me in a box; they spent an hour and a half with me until they were sure I was ready to take it home. Im in love with the computer they built me, and am confident Ill remain so for years to come, but whenever it gives me problems, theyll be there waiting to help.

One of the best places to go and get any repair on a computer. Ive gone here on 2 separate occasions and both my problems with my computer were fixed in a reasonable amount of time without breaking my wallet. Mazi, the gentleman who helped me, is really great at his job and goes above and beyond to fix the issue. I will be coming back here anytime I have a computer hardware issue.

I was worried Id have to spend a lot of money to replace my computer but they ran a quick diagnostic and were able to fix my problem for a very low rate. Mazi was incredibly friendly too! Very fair and honest small business. They aren’t always cheap but they stand behind their work. Micro Center and Geek Squad are primary competitors but Micro Center is a distance from this place and from my experience, has long lead times. Best Buy will send it away for a fee only to tell you after a week or more that a more costly fix is needed. I am happy to pay someone with TCS’ knowledge and quicker turn around time. If it can be fixed, they will come through.

A good businessman not only shares his expertise, but his time. Abi shares both and more. He truly knows his field and works to make sure his customers are satisfied. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with TCS Computers and plan on returning with any computer need.

Aghast, Absurd, Absolutely unsatisfied.I was on the phone whether to decide to fix my projector or not after I had a conversation with technicians at TCS. But, technicians took my projector away while I was on the phone. They ran through their diagnosis on their own and charged me $40 for their services. Again, I did not consent for them to run through the diagnostic test because I was still deciding whether I will do it with them or not; but, they merely did it on their own and asked me to pay $40. I will never come back to this place for neither my computer or projector. I hope no other customers go through the same experience as I had in the future. I highly do not recommend this place.

Could not be more happier with the service i received at TCS Computer, the Technicians were very helpful and took their time explaining everything to me in way i can understand. They built me an excellent computer and transferred all my files to my new PC, best of all they were more helped me over the phone if i had any issues with the new Windows operating system. They rock!

After my initial phone call to make sure they could resolve my issue, I swung by the following morning. Mazi was there to take care of me as soon as they opened. They gave me what I thought was a fixed and reasonable price and told me it would be ready before close of business that day, just as they had said on the phone call the day prior. Sure enough, at around 4 pm, I receive a phone call from Mazi saying it is ready for pickup. I arrive and they encourage me to start up my computer to make sure it worked. It did, I payed, and they wished me a safe drive home. All in all they were prompt, respectful, and everything they said they would do they did(which to me is something I value immensely). I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price.

They worked hard to successfully retrieve all of my files from my crashed hard drive! I’ll definitely return if/when I have future issues.

As usual, TCS guys were very professional and fast and saved a computer that I would have probably thought was dead. They fixed a laptop for me that had the dreaded blue screen and it’s running faster than ever.

I had some liquid spill on my keyboard. When I went in, the guy who helped was nice and helpful. They told me it would be 5-7 days (not business days mind you) to get my laptop fixed. They had to order a new keyboard to install. It costed 123 including tax. Pretty reasonable considering it was my mistake spilling the liquid on my laptop. The laptop works just fine now.Anyone who needs a repair, computer built, or anything else computer related, this is the place to go.

TCS is my go-to for all things computer. I am not knowledgeable about computers so I depend on TCS to help me choose new hardware, choose & implement software, respond to crises (e.g., crash which destroyed my files) ... The staff are always friendly, prompt, & competent.

My laptop computer seemed to be slowing when writes and reads were required. I decided to try the same thing that made my quad core computer run better, namely, have TCS replace the computer HDD with a SSD and clone the entire Win10 disk onto the SSD. They had some trouble getting good reads from the old disk, but eventually managed to complete it. The laptop is running well now.

They sort of fixed my problem..which was basically accumulated dust. A $160 fee is a bit high just to clean out dust with compressed air. I realize you have to open up the laptop, but idk how it justifies $160.

Abi Saltani & Masi are both so sharp & so knowledgeable I wouldn’t dream of taking any of our electronics anywhere else. In addition, Mr. Saltani makes house calls for setting things up at home. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. You will never be disappointed with their service. They have wiped computers for us, replaced a bulging battery in a laptop, updated our desktop & installed & synchronized to all our devices a new laser color printer in our home. Just recently Mr. Saltani took an old video tape & converted it to a usb drive & a disc. He saved precious memories for us. If you have an electronics problem, run to this store!!

I have been going to TCS for several years for my office and personal computer needs. Abi (the owner) is always so courteous, friendly, and professional. He is very knowledgeable with the latest and greatest technology. He has been out to our company to do new computer installs, etc. If I have a technical support issue, I simply call Mazi or Abi and they tap in through Team Viewer to remotely repair/remedy any problem I may be having....right on the spot. Mazi has been with TCS for a very long time, and he is always very helpful and personable. Im very lucky that this wonderful company/store is right down the street from where I live. Its such a relief to not have to deal with a big box store for these type of purchases/tech support issues. They make the best recommendations for your needs, so theyre not just going to sell you something you dont need. They are a certified dealer of many brands, and their prices are fair/competitive. Highly recommend...again and again!

Being a huge tech nerd, Ive always been able to solve my computer related problems whether it be software or hardware based. In this particular case, I had to seek the advice of a third party per the requirements of a warranty I had purchased. After going to a few retail tech stops and speaking to completely useless experts, I rolled the dice and went for a local shop–TCS Computer. To say I was impressed would be in an understatement. Mazi is the man! Whereas, most shady tech shops wouldve attempted to convince me that my entire monitor shell/casing needed to be replaced (a very expensive repair), Mazi had everything fixed within a day without having to replace any parts. The price was beyond fair and most importantly, Mazi treated me with respect–unlike the clueless after-school help at the previously mentioned brick & mortar tech shops. TCS has my full endorsement.

When our main computer went down with a blue screen of death. TCS stepped up and put us back in business without losing any data. 5 stars!
