Great service and honest people. These guys will bend over backwards to get you taken care of. I had tower crash that ran a printing machine and it was going to cost thousands to replace the system but the PC Doctors came through and got me all taken care. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs.

I called here too ask a question and I got the secretary I think. The question I had was about an air cooler. I had said a couple things to her that should have told her what it was I was wanting but it did not. I wanted to speak with someone who knew what they were talking about but she just either didn’t wanna get outta bed or the chair she was sitting in to give the phone to some knowledgeable staff. It’s ok I’m sure that outta the 30 OTHER Places in Springfield I will find someone that wants to help. Not these guys though! Go! Happy shopping!

I checked my computer in as a free diagnostic the next day they called me to tell me what was wrong with my computer. I then continued to fix it and it cost 69$. Way cheaper than taking my computer to Geek squad! The service was fast and reliable. I dont know why a review above gave a 0/3 for this company. The lead technician and owner has many degrees in computer sciences posted in the front room. Someone who went to that extent in their college education knows what their doing. Overall great, fast, reliable, and friendly service!
