Repaired my laptop explained to me in a dialogue I could understand

My 6 month old computer failed (bad CPU) so I returned it to the manufacturer who sent me a new one along with the old hard drive . Took both to LevelTec who installed the old hard drive, checked system operation and no issues were found. Turn around time was quick, communication was excellent and my computer runs great. I was charged what I consider a very reasonable price.

Wow! Thats a pretty harsh review from Saul Y. It would be very helpful if he/she could elaborate as to what LevelTec was unable to help with....Did they not perform a service to satisfaction? Or some other issue? Etc.

I had caught a virus and did everything I could to fix my computer. After pulling my hair out for 3 or 4 days, I finally broke down and took it to them. I thought they would charge a small fortune to fix it but ended up being a small amount. I will definately be taking my computer back to them in the future for repair. Very friendly and they answered all my questions.
