The only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5, is because the sign is a little hard to see so when my GPS says turn left into the lot, it put me next to best buy. Otherwise a good looking place and friendly staff.

I needed some help trying to retrieve some files from my blue screen computer that were lost when I bought a new computer. I went to GO2Tech yesterday, they completed the task today and provided the information on a flash drive. They are friendly, affordable and very professional. I used them years ago for other computer problems I was having, they did a great job then, so I returned for this visit. I would highly recommend them for anything related to assistance for your computer!

I was in an emergency situation at our hospital. (Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in Media, PA). Our network cable came loose. Our regular IT person could not get here until evening. I called Go2Tech, they came within 2 hours, fixed the problem quick and easy. Very happy with their service and professionalism.

I would never recommend them for anything! They present themselves very well, but thats about it, the false presentation. I am extremely unhappy with their service.
