If I could give this business a 0 star I would. I haven’t used them for a cleaning but I can assure you I won’t in the future. I was scrolling around on indeed and saw this company was hiring I thought with having precious cleaning experience I would apply. I applied, called and the owner asked me to come in and fill out an application and have a brief meeting on April 29th @9am. I did and she said I would know if I got the job the next day. I called the next day and continued calling into the next week never getting a clear answer finally I was able to talk to the owner and she said they were still interviewing and I would hear back. Cut to 2-3 weeks later I see their hiring ad once again so to prove a point I applied and got sent an interview invitation. I scheduled for 2pm may 20th. I called them that morning at 8:04am saying I had already had an interview there and didn’t hear back. She said she would call me back but instead I received an email saying my interview was cancelled with no call for explanation. The owner/manager has been very unprofessional and I’m beginning to wonder if they treat their clients the same way. Save yourself some time and go to Stanley steamer or golden rule cleaning.

Recently I called Maids R Us for my sister who can not keep her house picked up because of declining health. We had a appointment set for a deep cleaning on 1/17/19 at 1:30 and no one showed up. We gave them until yesterday and still a no show and no phone call or reason by the owner as to why they did not come to my sisters home. My sister deserved at least a reason and a call, not silence and no reason. This simply in my view is how not to do business. People expect when you agree to clean a home you actually sbow up and clean a home. We will look else where for a maid service. Not all reviews can be raves, in this case a no show needs to be said for what it was. Just not very professional in my personal opinion. If these people knew over the last 4 years how much time it took to finally convince her to get a maid so her family could visit her at her home, no way would they not kept their appointment. Now its back to looking for another maid service. Im very disappointed.
