I needed the inside of my windshield cleaned and couldnt do it myself. Eric let me stop by and took care of me. So nice, thorough didnt want me to pay. Ill definitely be back for more services.

Had a small oil stain from a tire service , the gentleman was super kind and took care of it quickly with no charge. If you are looking for friendly staff who will take care of you , this is the place to go !!

I would highly recommend Ming for auto detailing. My car was pretty messy from daily life with kids. My car is 4 years old and had not been detailed in 2 years. It literally looks new again, thanks to Ming. They also went the extra mile to drop me off at work and my car was done by 3 the same day. 10/10 recommendation.

I purchased a new car and was looking for an auto detail shop to remove scratches and swirls from the black paint. In mid July, I had called Mings during business hours and was never able to reach anyone. I tried calling for 3 days and finally left a message for someone to call me. Several more days went by and no returned calls. I tried one more time on July 30 and Corey answered the phone and I had mentioned that I have been trying to reach them and that I even left a message. Corey apologized and stated that they have been very busy and short handed and that the owner Eric had been out of town and will return on Thurs Aug 2. I asked Corey if he would have Eric call me regarding detailing our new car and he said he would have him call me. As of today Aug 14, Eric still hasnt returned my call and for that reason I would not recommend Mings. This is too bad because I own 5 vehicles that I am wanting to have detailed on a regular basis. I did find a company in Ozark called Ozark Body Works that was very responsive and took care of our new car and it looks amazing and their pricing was very fair and reasonable.

My entire family has had their cars detailed at Ming for years. The truth in their workmanship shows in the black vehicles we buy new, get detailed by Ming for several years, and still look new after 100,000 miles. They are incredible. If you love your cars, Ming is the place to keep them looking new.

Made my 2015 vehicle look like new

Took my wifes Infinity to Ming after hearing generally good things. After several hundred dollars got the car back and it looked better but not remarkable. After only two weeks the hoods paint surface completely faded, showing an abundance of scratches that were not on the car prior to Ming. Spoke to the manager who took absolutely no responsibility and claimed never to have seen similar problems. Go ahead and roll the dice if you wish but I made a costly mistake using Ming. Never again my friend.....

Extremely disappointed in the job done to my car, the majority of the reviews here were good but I guess I should’ve paid more attention to the bad ones. My engine was not cleaned but drenched in oil to make it look shiny and there are clear lines on the air intake where it stopped, the air vent at the back was not touched. The outside and inside are just ok, cup holders are still dirty and the center console in the backseat is also a mess. They did offer to re-do the engine, which I am not comfortable with, when I declined the owner got an attitude with me and is refunding me a whole $30 (he says that’s his normal charge for a engine wash, not sure I believe that) not the way to run a business. Mediocre work at best. I could have paid my 12 year old neighbor for same job. If you have a high end car and want a showroom quality detail job this is not the place for you.

I took my dirty, but well cared for, 2008 Honda Fit there. It was a mess. My 2 wirehairs terriers are regular passengers and they made it a mess. I usually clean it myself but I havent found a way to getthe hard to reach areas with my vacuum. Ming sure knows how to do that and more. My headlights were foggy and they made them look almost brand new.The car looked great! I am going to have to do this more often. Another key factor is they didnt look down their noses at my old economy car.

What a great place! The guys there do amazing work. 5 stars isnt enough! Recomend for anyone that cares about their vechical.
