Relocated from NJ retired veteran Major from USAF and used the car wash for the first. Asked for the $20 Supreme wash and upgraded to additional $5 wax. All automated wash, I do not know if my tires were given the tire shine, my car was waxed and after all that I had to vacuum my own car?! I am a hard working blue collar man, don’t have many expectations but when I pay over $25 dollars for a wash, I need to get the value of what I paid for; including vacuuming? Won’t ever use again or recommend.

Doesn’t rinse/dry your car completely and leaves massive streaks on windows/glass, no real difference between supreme and regular that I could tell (used to always get regular) and no free vacuums - you have to pay for detail for them because free ones are down. Additionally there were spots on the back of my car that were completely untouched by the car wash.Update: I reached out to Balise about the issues I had and they proceeded to offer a refund so bumping from 1 to 3 stars for fast resolution.

Tony the technician is professional and accommodating!!! He came to the rescue when I accidentally locked my keys in my RAV4 ! I offered tip $$ as a thank you, but he politely declined. He only asked for an online rating. Heres to Tony & his crew 5 STARS!!! Thanks so much!!! Im a very happy & satisfied customer

Pretty decent service. I have the sticker and pay monthly for unlimited washes. I go almost daily. Free vacuuming is cool. Its worth it especially if you have a nice ride. My only thing is the vacs are limited or clogged all the time which causes parking lot traffic jams. Ive pulled up to the broken vacs then popped the hose off and unclogged one myself. Everyone thought it was magical😐 Maintenance would do wonders

I haven’t been to this site in 3 years. I’m from Chicago and I travel for work. I’ve been here a week and I went to another car wash two days ago and now I’m back here. The workers go above and beyond. I would like to see a place to tip them on the receipt. The services here are 2nd to none. I’m glad to come to this location

I’ve had my car for five years and can honestly say I have never once seen it more spotless and polished than I did today. It was even more clean today then when I purchased it. The team at Balise Car Wash on East Columbus Ave did a phenomenal job with detailing the interior of my vehicle from top to bottom. I feel like I’m driving away in a brand new car. I am incredibly pleased and satisfied with the services provided today and I will 100% be back in the future. Thank you guys so very much!

Very friendly staff. I am always pleased with the service I get & my car is always clean when coming out of the carwash.

The car wash is only good if the people power washing the car aren’t lazy and in a rush. Went through the wash today, car was covered in road salt. The two guys just power washed the sides briefly, wiped the back and didn’t even care to get the hood wet. I didn’t even sit in the first bay for 2 seconds before the car started moving. Had a feeling I was about to rear end the car in front because there was barely any room between. Car still has road salt on it after the wash. I would have been better off going to the self wash across the street at “Bradley Auto Wash” and spent my $15 there.When the car wash has a good power wash team that isn’t miserable and actually cares, they do a 5 star wash.

Pros: I had Balise detail the inside and outside on my large SUV and they did a great job - I’m very happy with the results. This was the second time using Balise - they also serviced another SUV for me last year and again, I was pleased with what they did.The upholstery, carpeting, and doors, door jams, and dashboard all looked Very Good!!Cons:1 - They didn’t do a great job on my windows...I suspect it might be the cleaner they used since the inside windows were actually worse than when I dropped it off. Windows can be a PITA, but if you use a good window cleaner (I use Sprayway) it makes a big difference.2 - On both of my vehicles, they used a treatment on the all-weather floor mats and the running boards on my large SUV that create a potentially DANGEROUS situation. I’m sure the treatment is meant to make the rubber and plastic items look clean and shiny, but they also make them very SLIPPERY. I wish they wouldn’t use this product, or find another product that doesn’t leave a slippery coating on items that you step on (running boards) or rest your feet on (floor mats).3 - I had left a partial bottle of motor oil in a side storage compartment (standing upright) in the cargo area of my vehicle. When I got home, I found the bottle laying on its SIDE in a completely different (covered) compartment, and almost all of the oil had leaked out of the bottle, which made quite a mess.An accident, yes...but there was a reason I had left the bottle in a compartment that kept it upright / safe from spilling....it should have been returned to the same location.4 - Finally, they never called me when my vehicle was ready and I ended up calling them around 5:30 to check on it. It had been done for a while and I had to find an alternative ride to get to Balise.

The staff is wonderful and professional. I use the Car wash in Springfield and Joshua and his staff are awesome and West Springfield Christian and his staff are awesome. Good car wash when the employees feel like scrubbing down and power washing your car when you go into the bay. The vaccuums are clogged and barely work.

Vacuums never work properly, trash all over the place and the car wash doesnt always provide the services I pay for. It has had much better days and hopefully someone can get them together soon.

My mirror was broken from the car wash. But they are supposed to be fixing it for me. Im still waiting to hear back from them. Its been since May3rd.

They did a well job on our 2016 Toyota Corolla. We did it here because West Springfield was booked for auto detailing appointments.

Need new machines.My car came out the car wash looking worse than what it was.Many deep scratches, and they refused to re-do my car and remove their scratches from their machines.

Best car wash in town by far

My car looks so good. They transformed it. There was so much dirt inside but it’s spotless now. It smells soooo good. It’s also glistening on the outside! The staff is so professional and personable! I will be a regular here, thank you so much :)

I wish they dont rush that much and in the afternoon they need to clean the machine a little more when it dry the car is leaving marks for the dirty machine

Best car wash in the area by far. The monthly programs are very fair if you wash regularly. Brought my car in for a full detail, worth the extra money for what they provide. Car came back looking and smelling brand new.

Car looked amazing! Brand new! I did have a concern that my back hatch was still sticky from spilling a bottle of booze. One worker came to look and after feeling it agreed with me he said he would take care of it. When he came back he asked if it felt better. It did feel much better but still a small area that was a little sticky. Two workers were there and were very concerned with me being sure it was up to my standards. They didnt make me feel like I was putting them out in anyway and took the time to do everything to make it perfect. I couldnt be happier and recommend going there. Well worth the money and customer comes first. Thanks Balise car wash!

Best place to get car washed its better than golden nozzle

I went and paid $180 for a full interior detail on may 19th and I was very disappointed. My seats still have a brown tint to them from all the dirt in them and my carpets are still full of dirt rings and stains. And in the description it says they shampoo all of it. They didn’t clean my back seat cup holder at all. I had to do it myself either. My seat belts were still all covered in built up dirt. Not a very detail oriented detail. Would not recommend!

Honestly, I support how the wash goes and the cleaning. It’s very professional to see a car wash with people who actually take their very time to clean a car. However, even though the wash may seem very quick, your car will be shining and beautiful afterwards. Before we had gotten into the wash our car was absolutely disgusting, as soon as we had gotten out it was shining and it was absolutely beautiful. I’m surprised on how great the car looks as soon as it is finished. I support this car washing community and would recommend it to others.

Need to keep up with the vacuums they half work most of the time

My wife brought her 2005 Honda Pilot here after we took visiting family around for a week and a half. The carpets looked like theyd been through hell, and stank to high heaven because they could never really dry. Carlos did an absolutely amazing job. The entire interior looks like the car is brand new, and smells great! From start to end, he patiently explained our detail options, called us to follow-up and book an appointment, and updated us on the status of the car throughout the day. Outstanding customer service, Id highly recommend this place to anyone.

The express detail is perfect!! I was in and out in 30 minutes and my car was sparkling clean. The customer service here is great, the workers are professional and fast. There is a comfortable, clean waiting room. I will be a return customer for sure!!

Bugs were still on car after the wash. Not the first time. Few times carwash not running. If you pay for unlimited and its down how can you call it unlimited.

Awful car wash leaves your car dirty

The guys did a fantastic job on my GMC Sierra pickup. They got stains out of my roof that when I bought the truck from a dealership they claimed they couldn’t get it out.A + Quality service here

Good wash great detailing

This used to be a nice facility, but they are not maintaining the equipment. Currently, only half of the vacuum hoses are installed. Of those, most are not functional. Hoses are left on the ground without an attachment. Many stations have little to no suction.

I went to Balise several years ago and they did such a good job with my car that I came all the way from Lawrence, MA to get another full detail for a vehicle I just bought. The previous owner took zero care of this vehicle, so I knew exactly where to go and I must say, they did not fail to impress. My car is looking brand new. These guys are pros. I got my car detailed here. I ordered an extra service of dog hair removal for $60. They did a good job about hair removal and overall I am satisfied with their service and the behavior of the worker.

WOW!I was putting my second car up for sale and wanted it to look at its best. I called Balise Car Wash early Saturday morning and spoke with a man who truly understood good customer service! He explained all that was included in the full service interior and exterior detailing. I had created the ads during the day and stated I would post detailed photos as soon as Balise was done. I was amazed at how beautiful and clean and showroom ready the jeep was Saturday afternoon. The first person who came and drove it made an offer and walked away with it. Thank you Balise and your team! I will do this again for my personal car this time!

Best car wash hands down

I love the service Im receiving, its a wonderful service but unfortunately I probably wont continue it after the free sixty days the price is just too much and the location is out of the way. I may look into one of the less expensive packages later.

They did a great job detailing the inside of my car. A clerk told me I was missing my front drivers side floor mat. And he gave me one that was left behind. I appreciate that

I went there on 6/3/20 for the essential workers special on services (for me the car washes). After paying $9 for a wash (no one was around to talk to at gate) I alerted a staff to talk to me while I sat in line. He took my information down and said I would have free car washes through the end of June. AWESOME. what a great gesture! Hours later I was sent a text message stating you are unquailified which was highly disappointing. I am a healthcare professional at a local hospital (provided copy of my hospital ID). I have not heard back after requesting more information about this. A few others I talked to said they received the same message despite their medical profession. This is too bad. We are healthcare workers serving the public including COVID19 patients. Unfortunately this gesture is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. 🤔

This is by far the best car wash around. I drive from Enfield to get my car washed here. Their wax really works. My car beads like crazy when it rains. Free vacuuming when you get a car wash. Good prices and great pricing for monthly passes. Well worth the drive. Also, friendly and helpful staff.

I really like this place. The service is top notch and the monthly pay for unlimited washes deal is a great value. Every once in a while the tire shine applicator is stingy with the tire shine. And during peak hours the vacuums, which are free, are crowded and lose suction power. But I would recommend this car wash to anyone wanting to keep their car(s) looking good all year round.

So much better than Golden Nozzle. Its not tight and muddy when youre going in an out and the attendants do a much better job prepping your vehicle not to mention they all seem to be very friendly and helpful!

I found everyone very pleasant and helpful! I do not usually go to a car wash and was unsure about which package to take. An employee came out and helped me choose the correct options. She also explained all of their services. I chose to have some of my interior cleaned and vacuumed also. My car looks great! Some of the marks on and around my door were in need of special attention. The technician did a great job and my seven year old car looks like a new vehicle. I am very pleased with their work and will go back and have the entire car detailed the next time. Thanks for the wonderful work.

Excellent car wash place. Had my car detailed and it was done very neatly Interior vacuumed, spotless mirrors, dashboard. Team asked twice thrice if the wash is good and if youre happy with the wash. I had some smudge marks though on one door, might be since i washed detailing done after the external wash. Anyways definitely recommended car wash.

Great prices, great crew and even greater service. Though I wish for an extra $20 or 25 they would do a quick machine was buff instead of the $249 service. While they do a great job on all their offered services, there should be some more options not many but a few more. I love them tho a d recommend them to all friends and family

Balise did a good job with my headlights buffing them they went from looking foggy to looking real nice and clear Im a satisfied customer Id recommend it to anyone to go there.
