First off, I loved the website. As a graphic designer I look for good quality content and this definitely has that! All of my questions were answered promptly and were very helpful.

Horrible decision to get this service. My small non-profit organization cant afford to pay them a yearly fee + a $5 fee too view each document. When signing up for their services, I was never told there would be a $5 fee to view each individual mail document.

So far, despite not being able to get them on the phone (probably due to the global shutdown having an effect) they make a point to be quick with responses by email, and it’s GREATLY appreciated. All responses, from them consistently checking in to make sure you received your “initial” and “next steps” documents/paperwork to no more then a few hrs time to respond to whatever emails...I got with the company based off the reviews, without having actually spoke to anybody, and I see why they were reviewed so highly. Have yet to be let down thus far. They are simple, straight to the point, and break everything down; no funny business or surprises.I for surely plan to come right back to them to open up my next couple LLC’s. They got my vote and my money, gladly.

I am totally satisfied with them as they have ALWAYS responded to the multiple emails I have sent them since we began service with them in 2018. Richard has always been receptive, kind and is never annoyed when we need help. We have 3 businesses registered with them and they charge us hundreds less than we have been paying before.
