Amazing experience here! The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff is kind and helpful! Jasmine cut my hair and did an amazing job! She is friendly and professional! She took the time to cut my hair the way I wanted it and make sure I was satisfied with it before I left! I feel amazing and I am so glad to have finally found such a great stylist after going to many failed ones since we moved here! Thank you Jasmine I will be back!

Makayla is amazing! She has cut my sons hair multiple times, he has difficulties, and she is ALWAYS so patient and kind with him!! Highly recommend her for children or for children with any special needs/accommodations. She is the only person I let cut his hair, and he leaves happy each time.

I had been coming in for family haircuts since 2002, when this business was Precision Cuts. Stopped in today to get my little boy his hair cut. The place was empty besides one person getting a haircut. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that they were all booked up for the day. Wow... and obvious fabrication and it was quite obvious we were not welcome there. Very disappointed and will never return to this location.

She very very rude, twice on ear cut me and then said she have charge 10 dollars extra because Asian hair too hard for cut and get very mad at me when no tip for that. Maybe good haircut for white people there though, I never find out. Didnt want to make big deal and end up with police knee on my neck for not being white in thurston and wanting good haircut for same price as white man

Jasmine did an amazing job. My hair was almost to my waist burnt and singed from a meat smoker accident. She removed all of the burnt and singed and gave me an adorable cut!! I appreciate her attention to detail, I was losing about 2 feet of hair. Great job girl!! Im getting so many compliments and its only been a few hours! I wish i could share the pictures😍

Came here with my partners for a bit of a spa day with them. Two of us got all over colors, trims and styles, and the third a trim and style, and the stylists there were exceptionally professional attentive. Highly recommend them, and intend to return in the future.

The hair stylist did a horrid job on my hair; it almost looked like shed taken a rohypnol (rufie) before cutting it.

Loved my stylist Jasmine! They gave me exactly what I wanted (which wasnt the easiest load) without complaint nor complication. And at the end of it she was very helpful on finding me products for my vivid hair addiction. Definitely will keep going back

So I take my son here usually they do a decent job usually but last time the lady actually cut my son on the back of his neck and didnt even tell me about it!! Who does that his hair cut is fine but who does that!! Definitely not going back!!!!

Ive been here one time for myself and two times for my husband. Customer service is not great when you walk in, not one time when I have been here has it been attentive. I had an appointment the one time I came for myself and the lady didnt even check her schedule and was playing with her cell phone sitting down while I was sitting in the lobby waiting past my appointment time. Also, why does it say cut and shampoo when I paid when they didnt shampoo my hair??? But, minus the customer service issues my hair cut was even. Im more so giving this a 4 star for my husbands hair dresser this is the first time I have seen my husband with a nice haircut and attention to detail thank u Sev!

Went for my usual cut today, seemed to be all different people. Horrible customer service, the lady pretty much ended up giving me a butchered buzz cut . Im completely disappointed! 18.50 for the crappiest cut ever my 8 year old daughter wouldve done better, will not be returning again after being a steady customer for a few years!

I love this place! I was worried when I first moved here that I would not be able to find a stylist that lived up to my last one, but Im completely satisfied here. Ive gone here twice now and everyone is so friendly, gives helpful advice and I loved both haircuts.

I just came from having my sons hair cut and Ashley hit it out of the park of my expectations! She not only fixed the mom cut I gave him last time, but gave him the perfect hard part, back and side fade AND kept him happy. She communicated well to the both of us and gave him a great experience with a professional haircut! Definitely going back to her!

My mom broke her arm and needed a good hair wash and condition. She was so disappointed. The girl did a quick wash and blow dry. Didnt last more than 15 minutes total, not close to being worth $24. My mothers one handed wash was probably more thorough than what the girl did. Total rip off.

I rarely am perfectly happy with my hair cuts but I walked out of here very impressed and loving my haircut! Vanessa took the time to ask my preferences and opinion on what I wanted, frequently, throughout the haircut. She also made observations about how my hair behaves on certain parts of my head and how she would cut it to give it the best advantage. Even though there were several people waiting for her, she took plenty of time with me and even said I could come back in a week if I wasnt satisfied, because she would have loved to spend much longer on it! My hair is so easy to style now, and really flattering, and thats saying something for super straight, heavy hair that does not usually have much bounce! Super happy with them. Definitely going back again!

Mel cuts my hair . I have always put off having my Hair cut for months at a time. I have finally found someone I feel comfortable with, she listens to how I want my hair cut and does a awesome job and Very professional . I will be making regular appointments in the future.

My experience was great. My hair looks great and it was 3 dollars for the blowdry btw.My young friend and I were both satisfied that the stylist listened to what we wanted and gave it to us. He wanted a Skater cut that would pass his hat test ( it must curl properly around the hat) and I wanted a difficult Elevated A-line.

Elisabeth was my hair dresser here at Hairmasters. She has ruined my hair and didnt listen to anything I had to say. When pointing out several flaws and inconsistency with my hair, I was treated like I was dumb and she was hesitant to fix it. One side of my hair was much longer than the other. WAY more of my hair was cut off than I asked. I brought in a picture of a woman with the same length of hair as I and my hair cut looks nothing like the picture. I asked for choppy, layers and I got a bowl cut and lost a lot of my progress I have been growing a long time to achieve. Im very upset with my service here and Ive never written a bad review in my life. When I went to pay, she had the audacity to give me her business card and asked me to recommend her for my next haircut. I will never go here again.

Sam cut my hair. She was quick, and didnt cut my hair with care. She had a bitchy attitude, and my hair came out choppy and not how I told her to cut it. Then when I asked if they offered military discount. She had the nerve to scold me for acting better than everyone. Then told me she didnt support our military after she told me she was going to get drunk on the 4th of July. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt get my haircut here again.

Was a walk in today and was hoping to get one of the ladies that looked put together with nice hair themselves. I was nervous when I got the lady with purple hair that hardly looked brushed. I didnt want to be rude or judge so I went with it. Halfway in I could tell she had no clue what she was doing with curly hair. When she was done I said thats it your done? She said yeah im not real thrilled about it either. I put my hair up in a ponytail and was holding back tears . She still charged me , I was so mad I was shaking trying to pay.

So youre desperate for a haircut and you dread the idea of checking out the Hairmasters with the half lit sign sitting next to a Radio Shack in a strip mall. Dont be fooled, these people really care about what they are doing and are very good at what they do. This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The management is great, and my stylist, Jasmine, rescued my new Dad, havent had a cut in 5 months hair. Thank you for all the great cuts Sports Clips, but my new place is Hairmasters. Thank you Thurston Hairmasters!
