We filed early 2020. Everyone in the office is very professional, kind and welcoming. Whenever I reached out with a question (I had a lot), they responded quickly and were very helpful. This was our first timing filing (and hopefully our last) and they walked us through every step of the process. Our case was discharged quickly and easily.

Worked with them 7 years ago. They were honest, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They actually give you the tools you need to be successful as you go through the process. I had to get paperwork from them to verify information for a lender to purchase a house and they still get it done. They remember you by name and are eager to help no matter what your situation is.

Serious health issues and piling medical expenses led us to call Licata Bankruptcy Firm. We were able to get an appointment with in a week of calling. Mr. Licata was very understanding and went through our information very thoroughly; after reviewing Mr. Licata determined it would be in our best interest to wait approximately 6 months to file as doing so would save us an additional $6,000 -$8,000 in the long run. He had us sign a retainer so that if we were to get any collection calls we could direct those callers to his office from that point forward, and not be constantly bothered. I decided to not file bankruptcy because id only be filing on a quarter of my debt . I called to cancel my case on the 16th of September and my 6 month was up on the 21st.. i paid 900 dollars to them and they didnt pre pair anytging on my case but 30 min of there time printing papers and signing .. they decided to wait tell it past the 21st to close my case so they can keep my 600 ... i dont know about you but i work hard for my money .. money dont grow on trees... looks like i need to hire another lawyer

Went in fia a consulation because tgey offer ach 7 for $600 plus cort cost and post filing fee. Their post filing fee is $800.00, so a basic ch 7 is $1800.00 + court. Way too much and she ewasnt nice. Kinda looked down on us. Would not recommend

I was so nervous and had bad anxiety thinking it would be so hard to file chapter 7 bankruptcy! When I called Licata I asked questions and they gave me fast response and was able to actually talk to Marc that became my attorney that day about my soon to be case and he was great!
