My brand new car left me stranded 10 miles outside of Springfield several weeks ago. I called OnStar who basically referred me to Buick Roadside Assistance. They told me it would be three and a half hours minimum before they could send someone out. I also tried Roadside Assistance through my insurance company. They didn’t even return my call. Called two tow companies in Springfield before I reached Tom’s towing. It was 8:00 pm by this time. They told me it would be approximately an hour before they could get there. The driver arrived in 45 minutes and was extremely polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom’s Towing service in the future!

Tom’s is outstanding, highly recommended! My family and I are from Chicago and blew out 2 tires about 10 miles south of Springfield. It was a Sunday evening, Mother’s Day around 4pm. I called Tom’s and their understanding and compassion about the situation was beyond amazing. They had Brandon out to us in about 20 minutes and he was super awesome! Not only was he very personable and interactive with us, he made my kids feel like they helping him out. He was easy going, kind and incredibly professional. On top of all of it, he gave us all a ride back to Springfield to get our car fixed! Thank you Tom’s......thank you Brandon for turning what started out as a stressful experience into a wonderful Mother’s Day we will never forget!

My car’s tire blew out and I went to call and nobody answered. I called again and was sent to voicemail. I called a third time, yet again, voicemail. It is 5 in the morning and I didn’t realize that the towing service that is open 24/7 is not really 24/7. It is unprofessional to send a customer in need to voicemail and also misleading. It is ridiculous that I’m even taking the time to type this. If you’re not going to answer the phone for someone who needs a tow truck because we have a flat tire on the side of the highway, you should change your business hours. Useless service.

Driver was very professional and loaded and unloaded the car without issue! I have always only used Tom’s and will continue to do so!

Toms towing are wonderful. They came right away and towed our truck to our out of town mechanic.

It totally sucked. We payed to park and you towed our car with no posting and no way to know where are car was. What kind of company do you run???

Friendly, fast, great staff, great service. Yes it takes some time to drive across town but they arrived ahead of quoted time. Everyone was very nice which helps tremendously with the stress of dealing with a broken down vehicle. I would recommend.

Car needed a tow to the mechanic. Arrived on time, and was very personable. He showed me how the lift worked and where you attach the hooks to the car. The car ride was easygoing and kept a modest conversation. Price was cheap, only $55. Will definitely be using Tom’s towing service in the future.

I called for a tow from them, they said they would send a driver my way....2 hours later we called Mulligans towing and was home within the hour....

Great bunch

I would heartily recommend them. After a fruitless half hour of trying to reach a towing company they answered right away, and were very prompt. They also worked out the best way of dealing with the fact that I had had to leave my car, with its dead battery, at a restaurant, while I got a ride home to take care of a pet that needed medication. They not only figure out the best way to handle things, but were very courteous.

I dont care how big it is if you need it towed Toms Towing is the place to call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They can tow the biggest tractor trailer, storage containers the works and they have the coolest tow trucks anywhere.Dont forget to click like if the review helps

Toms came promptly when I locked my keys in my car! Even though I found a spare before he was done, they didn’t charge me. Even then the fee would only have been $45. Speedy, friendly and a great price.

We hit a deer on I55 coming home from a cardinals game at midnight. Toms was the first tow company I called and Im glad it was. They answered right away, they got there in no time flat and the driver Michael was extremely helpful. He loaded our suv up and took us where we needed to go and was very friendly. I will never call another tow company. They took a terrible situation and made it a little easier. Call Toms towing.

Horrible experience!!! Do NOT use Toms. Our vehicle was in mint condition prior to being towed by Toms and we have multiple witnesses to prove it. After being towed to its destination the drivers door would not open. It was completely bent and out-of-whack. They told us that their tow truck driver even called their office that evening to report it when we originally confronted them. Toms told us to go ahead and get an estimate, which we did. After presenting the estimate they suddenly turned the tables on us and said that we must have caused the damage by ...parking on a curb... - even though there was no curb at the pick-up location, or that our mechanic that repaired the car must have caused it, even though hes willing to document that the door was damaged when it arrived and his repair shop. We were the last ones in the car when we placed the key under the mat and everything was perfect. It then got towed and... Unbelievable that they refuse to take ownership. We are contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office on this business.

Called to have a truck pushed into my sloped driveway. Just take it from the street to my driveway. 50 feet worth of moving the vehicle. I tell the woman on the phone that the driveway is sloped so I asked if they could do it. She said yes they could do that and so I gave my information. The driver shows up and I explain what the deal is, he doesnt even get out of his truck. He tells me he all he could do was push the vehicle into the drive way but wouldnt be responsible for damages. I asked if there was a different way because I dont want damage done to my vehicle and if that was the risk he definitely was not going to simply push it with his flat bed. Which he replies You got me out of bed for this? And mumbles a bit. I said to him I told your dispatcher what the deal was and she said you guys could do it. He said all he could do was push it, I said I am sorry that you had to come out here but they said you could do it. He just drive off and didnt say a word. Would never try to use this joke of a company again.

After waiting all day for a tow from another company and finally having to call Toms they were very friendly, and helpful, they arrived within the half hour time frame they gave. i would recommend Toms towing to everyone!

I called and asked the person to speak up so I could hear then and they hung up the phone and ignored call backs when I needed a tow.

Lied as to when a tow truck would able to tow my vehicle, and lied several times after I called about why it was taking so long.

Car malfunctioned this am and I called, tow truck there in 10 minutes. Quick, easy, and cheap compared to other towing experiences I have had. Would give 5 stars but no seatbelt in tow truck.
