Next month will mark ONE YEAR since I have ordered from Jerry, and I have received neither my order nor a refund. Jerry has many BBB complaints, and is known in car circles for not delivering on his promises. Clearly his reviews suggest otherwise, but Ive come to the understanding that he regularly withholds refunds until negative reviews are deleted by the customer. If you live outside of Ludlow, good luck getting what you pay for. Youve been warned.

Was very reasonable. did a great job. in a timely manner. came to my home so I would not have to trailer my car to his shop. the work done was interior rug, all seats front and back, and headliner. I would recommend Jerry to anyone.

Poor craftsmanship, slow communication, slow turnaround. Really disappointed, and ended up having to go somewhere else to get covers that actually had straight stitches and fit properly.

Great to work with. Excellent customer work. Loved their ideas to make even cooler.
