I am so very pleased with American Family. They insured my car for years and then my life. Seven years ago I bought a new home and when my agent, Monica, came to inspect the prospective home, she hugged me and told me it was a perfect home for me. I cant even say how much I appreciate the very personal relationship I have with my agent and how special she made me feel for knowing me so well.The year after I bought my home, there was an ice storm that damaged my car and my roof. Monica, her staff and all the folks at American Family helped make sure that all was fixed in a timely manner and I even got to use my own contractors. I have had a few other issues that I needed them for and they are always quick to answer my call and help me care for my needs.
