He also takes the time to go through insurance information with you each year to make sure you have the right coverage or to see if there are any new discounts. I have received excellent assistance from the Dan Waisner firm. Polite, attentive and knowledgeable, I feel confident that the insurance specialists within are well-equipped to handle my several insurance needs. The firm the Waisner agency represents; State Farm, is a plus since State Farm is reputable and has served me well for the 2 decades I have been insured by them. Only once have I had to call upon them and that was when the LARGE tree limb smacked my new truck. Owwww!!!!!! I used the repair firm they suggested and the repair, now 7 years old, looked great then and still does; the job was done right and State Farm demanded it be performed that way. Good firm, good agency and good folks. I am very happy with State Farm as a whole and their representatives with the Waisner agency do all that is needed to keep me happy that I spend my insurance dollars with State Farm.

General lack of customer care/service. One of the agents felt that our strife for a month was funny and could giggle on the phone verses taking serious the issue at hand with minimal resolutions that would have helped us verses them. I used to be happy with them now Im just disappointed.
