I have had State Farm years ago. I switched to USAA. After discovering USAA was charging me more then my coverage was worth, Roseanne was to the rescue! That woman has been amazing in helping me with homeowners insurance, car insurance, even classical car insurance! They most definitely go above and beyond to meet their customers needs! I paid for what I thought was a better deal for my full coverage. Come to find out it was LIABILITY. They said they would call me back after talking to the under writers and the dude left the office on Friday and never returned the call. Now Im missing money I need because they falsley quoted me. I NEED MY MONEY BACK! I have other bills due. Now I have rent thats going to be late because I have to wait until Monday. Beyond furious.

Ive been a State Farm customer for nearly twenty years. Ive known Burlin Hefley for over ten years. He has been extremely helpful when Ive needed great advice on my car insurance and other policies. I cant possibly understand some of these other reviews as the individuals are leaving out details about their own personal responsibility in the matter. If you have two insurance claims or five, any reasonable person will know their rates will go up. Burlin is one of the top agents in the country for a reason.

My Grandparents used Berlin, my parents used Berlin and my family,used Berlin. They treated us like family. They didnt act like salesmen. I regret sending business to them or recommending them now that I am on the other side.They were the greatest around until we sold our home and had to switch insurances. We are saving thousands literally and are not having the power struggle between corporate, sales people, office people and whoever else.It has turned into a battle and is not looking good. I would highly recommend other companies. Leaving a very disgusting taste in my mouth.

This place obviously cares little about their customers. If you will never get in an accident and have lots of money to waste then this is the place for you. I cant wait for the shallow reply from Burlins office to try and cover themselves to pretend they care.Pro-tip: Dont wait until someone posts an angry review online to kiss and make up. No one likes posting reviews; customers only do it if we have been seriously wronged or were paid to like the two five stars on here. Instead maybe try providing good customer service. That might be hard for you guys since it would require honesty. Just a thought.

My account was just reassigned upon the retirement of my previous agent and I was called in to go over my coverage. Mr Hefleys staff is super-courteous, efficient, and friendly, esp Brianna (Hi Brianna!). I left fully satisfied with several ideas on how I could get better coverage for LESS money. I even got to meet Mr Hefley briefly and he was very warm and personable.Ive always had good experiences with State Farm (had insurance through them for decades) and see no reason to change that.

You pay for a agent that is suppose to put you first. Burlin does not and he treats you like a number. I do not recommend him. After 16 years with State Farm he has by far been the worst. Filed a complaint.

I called in the other day to leave a message but was connected to your after hours service. I think it was a Saturday and man was I impressed with what occurred. The lady did such a good job I bragged on her to her manager. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get coverage on my car but no she had it all handled right then, now that is some impressive service Burlin.

Dishonest business. The people answering the phones here seem nice but the decision makers will curb stomp your policy as soon as they can. Little by little you will slowly hate this place. Get out while you still can! They are here to scam you at every chance they get. The staff will tell you lies and leave promises unfulfilled. SHAME to State Farm: Burlin Hefley! Rates will go up whenever they get the chance. If you end up using your insurance after 10+ years no accidents, they will not renew your policy.I have stayed with them even though there are cheaper rates out there because of loyalty. Boy did I get slapped in the face on that. Scam artists here at State Farm: Burlin Hefley. Claims are difficult and you will be disappointed in all aspects of customer service. They dont care about you and will kick you to the curb as soon as you need help.Check out MetLife. I found a great rate with them and I have heard they are easy to deal with, great reviews. Burlin Hefley State Farm Insurance agent is a liar, and a shiner on! We carried 4 vehicles and renters with him for several years at rates we just recently found to be extremely to high. Then after years of paying the same high rates we get a bill that states one of our cars had gone up to $194.00 a month! We called and Mr. Hefley actually talked to us himself. He stated that we had 5 claims in the past five years and that was the reason for the rate increase. We actually only had 2 claims in the last 5 years and then after reading our policy found that they can only use claims filed within the last 3 years to determine our rates. Mr. Hefley flat out LIED to us and said he would research our policy himself and call us back. We never received a call from him or anyone from his office. We had to contact them after waiting for 7 days. That is when he told us the 5 claims in 5 years lie. After telling him we only had the 2 claims he says oh, well let me look into it some more and I will call back.. Again no calls from him or his office for days. We finally called back again cancelled our policy. No one called to ask why or to try and keep us as a customer. For SHAME Mr. Hefley for SHAME!

Extremely high rates and the one claim I had to file on my auto insurance was the biggest hassle Ive ever experienced. They ended up paying my claim then sent a letter two weeks later saying they cancelled my policy. At geico now and much much happier with the rates and the service!

When the need arose for my policies to be updated or changed I was always given options and clear explanation of the coverage. Phone calls and questions are always answered promptly with a follow up call or email. State Farm is a good Insurance Company and people make the difference. Roseanne is great

After being on hold for a few moments, the lady in the office, came back on the line, and had set up a c all back for me. I was called back sooner than expected, and was able to get everything taken care of within approx 30 minutes.

I paid 6 months insurance once and several days later that call me that the insurance is not working they gonna cancel it. Well I accept that and waiting for my redound. After 2 weeks they call me said they r in wrong address. The thing is I can get their advertisements every week. Ok I told them again after 2 weeks later that they told that they still can not make sure my address???? Excuse me??? After almost 1 month I still waiting for my redound and they said Ill get it next month??? I gonna sue them if I still can not get my refund

Miranda is the best!

They told me I needed to change the type of insurance I had on my home, so I did. Turns out they left me without insurance for 5 days in between changing it and cost new several hundred dollars in forced insurance. I asked them to notify my mortgage company that I hadnt been without insurance and they said no. They had done something similar when I first got a mortgage, I should have switched agents the first time it happened. Get an agent that at least takes responsibility for their mess ups.
