I havent been happy with this company from the start, due to their lack of Customer Service. Hayley is the only one that has given me decent service and shes not even my agent. It is because of Hayley that I decided to give them a try. I have been transferred to someone else every time I call and I realized today why, my agent is never there or at least does not answer her phone (Kearney location). Travis from Joplin has received my call a few times and is very unprofessional every time I have to speak to him, he has expressed his frustration to me, the customer, on how he hates that everyone wrongly transfers calls to him. The customer should never hear how frustrated a company is, that they pay for a service. It makes the customer believe this company is incompetent and maybe the customer should go somewhere else. Today I received my new insurance papers showing higher monthly payments when I called to discuss, I was transferred, then was hung up on. I told Hayley my frustration and explained I will be getting quotes from other companies today because of the rate increase that Im getting after being a customer for a year. She said sorry its just a general rate increase! No, good insurance companies do not penalize you by increasing your insurance especially if you have been accident and citation free for a whole year! Good insurance companies reward you for those kinds of behavior, I wasted a whole year at this company! I have nothing but regret to show for it, I cant imagine my service if I had been in an accident! My guess that the 5 star reviews are from friends or even their employees, they cant be real.
