CarCraft was recommended by Progressive and boy am I glad I listen to their recommendation. I was rear ended and the damage was extensive but CarCraft towed my car and handled it like it was their own car. From the first estimate to completion I was kept me informed the entire time. The car was ready before Memorial Day weekend as promised and not only does the car looks like new the interior was made spotless as an added bonus (it is an 8 year old car!). This is truly professional car repair body shop. They are first class in many aspects. They even provided photos of your car while in repair. I have never seen that. That is true transparency and they took me home and brought my truck to my home. Thank you Dave and Juan an the entire Carcraft Team. They are truly a USAA recommended body shop.

CarCraft botched my paint repair, had to redo 2x, causing long wait to get the car back. When I picked it up, it had a GIANT stain on the drivers seat, like someone moved the car with a drink in their hand! I pointed it out, and they attempted to clean it, didnt work. They didnt know how it happened. Since it was an exterior repair, to have this issue was completely unacceptable since they didnt protect my seat while moving the car around. To their credit, they paid for a new factory skin, which they should have since it was completely their fault. But the aggravation was enormous - my brand new car messed up in their incompetent hands and additional time in another shop since I wouldnt allow them to touch it again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. No stars.

I am not sure how this business has these positive reviews, near perfect at that....From my own experience I urge you to STAY CLEAR of the establishment. Sent to them by insurance post accident (not my fault). They kept the car for days, additional damage was done to the vehicle for how it was just dumped in their back yard and sitting there without any inspection. Gave stories for estimates, inflated estimates for repair afterwards on paper. Overall, do yourself a favor and simply do not patronize the business. There are many other reputable, professional, and quality shops in the area that can be used instead of dealing with this establishment. The best thing I did was get my vehicle out of their shop as soon as I could. I did further research and found an outstanding shop in Alexandria. Lesson learned! Would give zero if was an option.

Carcraft is amazing, above and beyond service and mastery of car repair! My 2021 corolla hybrid looks brand new again after a large SUV rear ended me and caused about 9k of damage. Juan made me feel so much better during a tough time with the insurance process, checked in with me about repairs and even helped with return of the rental vehicle when my car was ready a week early. Dave, one of the owners, even drove me home when I left my car to be repaired which was an hour our of his way. Most did the job but at a higher price and each left some minor damage on the interior from the repair, (Caliber Collision) Small fender bender from a lady trying to park her car, hit mine, the usual story find a repair center.My mechanic recommended CCC and for the rest of the time I own a vehicle that requires repair, this is the place. This place was recommended to me by my insurance company after I accidentally ran into a fence and had to get my headlight replaced and front corner of the car.I did have to wait an extra day than I expected but that is my only complaint about Carcraft. And honestly, I cant fault them because this my first time using them and things do happen beyond everyones control. Besides, everything else I was pleased with. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. And I was super impressed with the work they did on my car. It looks better than when I first bought it used! They also fixed a problem I had with one of the seats that my regular mechanic could never get right.I would use them again. Recommend.

I had some minor scratches on my drivers side door that other body shops wanted to charge $600 to repaint. The guys at Carcraft worked a miracle with some touch up paint! It was much appreciated in these economic times! You would never know the car was scratched.

I am proud to endorse the USAA-approved Carcraft Collision Center Inc, located on Backlick Road in Springfield, VA, for top-notch car collision repairs. Over the past six months we have had two fender benders, involving two different cars, resulting from backing out of parking slots in small parking areas. One was my fault and the other was not. Both cars were taken to Carcraft for repairs. These folks, especially, Juan and Tom, are all about customer satisfaction. They give honest estimates that are accepted by USAA without question. They keep you advised of the progress and when you can expect your car to be finished. You don’t want to have to visit them, but when you do you get excellent service and results.

I dropped off my vehicle at Carcraft for a repair after being involved in an accident a week ago and received 5 star customer service! The guys over at Carcraft repaired my vehicle in less than week, called me and let me know when it would be ready for pick up, and even checked in my rental car for me. Not to mention, they washed my car and left it spotless. I am truly impressed by their outstanding customer service. They are all so polite and professional.
