Great location in regards to being downtown. The staff is extremely helpful and they get things done quickly! I love that there is so much community involvement with the residents. They are always showing how much they appreciate us and always asking what they can do to make things better! Great and friendly people!

Love the location, I can walk anywhere. Everyone who works here is super casual and welcoming and just overall chill. I love living so close to campus while still being technically a commuter which allows me to feel a little safer. Not to mention the amenities are awesome! Im so lucky Drury decided to allow students to live here for dorm pricing.

It is not the best place to live! The Internet sucks, and the heating system is not working, meaning that if you live here in winter time, you will freeze. I have requested a maintenance request for that and they didn’t send anyone to look at that! I would recommend to look for other places with this price!

Its a mixed bag and you should talk to a random tenant before signing a lease. Their rent is very high by the square footage here in Springfield but the location is good. Management does fix issues when they arise and I havent had any bad experiences with them like the other reviewers. Most of the issue seems to be from a disconnect between building management and the multiple companies that actually own the property. Building management has to do what they are told and the people that can actually make decisions are hard to contact (likely on purpose).Two great things have been the sanitization of the gym area and the mobile bill payment. With bill payment, you can pay from your bank account in-app each month and dont have to deal with checks or physically going somewhere to submit payments.One concerning thing is that the quality of other tenants has visibly declined over the last few months. Some tenants will not clean up in common areas, will play loud music, and many smell bad. In my opinion, the management needs to screen tenants better. The management company recently changed so if I had to guess, they are being overly liberal with who they accept from section 8 housing at the expense of current tenants.5 stars if I was an investor, 3 as a tenant

My time here at sky eleven has been the best week and a half. I’ve had in a little while I like the space I have in my home and within the building I enjoy being able to go play pool, and chill, wen I need to get away I’ll recommend this place for any family,or friends that are in my life.

Do not lease here. They may seem like a secure, safe building downtown, but I can promise its far from that. My lease was for a year and I only stayed at Sky 11 for 5 months. I had issues before leasing with them and I had even more issues after. Around Thanksgiving is when I noticed another tenant down the hall being abused by her boyfriend. I informed the management office and they never did anything about it. Two other tenants and I had the call the police multiple times in the following months about the boyfriend because the management office wouldnt do anything. The final straw was when the man threatened to shoot everyone who was calling the police on him and people witnessed him walk out of the building with a rifle. And did management do anything? No. So I moved out and lived with some family in town. We stayed in contact with Sky 11 and they said theyd fix the situation and get back with us. That was December and it is now July. I had to hear from a neighbor when I finished cleaning out my apartment a month ago that management had the tenant move out.And the guy that was threatening everyone with a gun? Had warrants for gun possession and violence in 2 states and other charges against him in Missouri.As for Sky 11 being a secure place, yes you need a key fob to enter some doors, but not all of them. You can EASILY just enter through Druffs and go through the back door. They dont ask questions, they just let you through.For your own safety, find somewhere else to live. Youre basically just paying for a room with a decent view and easy access to down town.

Every time I have needed to put in a work order it is taken care of in a timely manner, and I love the apartment.

You cant beat Park Easts location. All four properties are right downtown, and literally within walking distance of all the popular nightlife. Sky 11 has the most AMAZING views of Springfield (you can see literally everything). Park Easts atmosphere really makes it stand out.

Luckily I didnt rent a place from here and feel very lucky I didnt. I just now got an email months later after requesting further details about a possible apartment for rent here. Man I should have read all these reviews before even sending an inquiry. If I would have read all these reviews I wouldnt of even wasted time sending and email. Sounds like this place needs new staff and management for sure. Ive never seen so many complaints in my life on how bad the entire staff is. No wonder they have like 3 stars or less. Pretty pathetic they continue to throw what could be such an amazing place down the drain. I told them just by not replying in timely manner that they lost a customer. I am taking my business elsewhere and only hope others do as well. I feel so bad for those stuck in leases there already and only hope they find the many other apartments around there for lease that will be way better and treat them better.

I was assured that I could have a lease ending at the first of December and the general manager gave me the contract with one deceptive piece of information. He wanted to hide the fact that I would be paying for the entire month of December on the first of the month even though I would be moving out of the apartment on the first of December. He told me that there was confusion when I caught his deceptive act and that they do not do contracts that end on the first and that he was just trying to give me what I wanted (not full value). His employee tried to change it do a end of November move out date and he was caught with his pants down when he had to deny it. Dont do business here unless you want to have deceptive management like a used car salesman. I believe his name is Jason.

We loved living there until it be came a pig place floors dirty. The community area a mess bathroom not working. Pool table with no pool cues and the heated pool is not. Pool not open often in summer. We lost power in the entire apartment building the exit signs not lit. We have several doors with only 3 ways in not 6 like we should. Repairs that have not occurred. Unresponsive staff.

I think sky eleven is great in terms of the apartment they provide. Is it overpriced? yes. My main complaint is the SOUND. I was unaware before I moved in that there is a train track right next to this building. Multiple times a day I have to listen to the train blare its horn, often times for hours on end. This mostly occurs in the early morning and it wakes me up every time, because the train causes all the dogs in the building to bark. Next, the pool is basically unusable. They claim it is heated but it always cold. Even after opening for the season, it is extremely dirty. My apartment? Great. Everything else? Meh.

Very noisy at night but overall the place is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

I love living at sky11. The neighbors are so friendly and the staff is so kind. They are always willing to help you if you have any questions. They have waffle Wednesdays and Jason makes awesome waffles. The building is also so social and everyone talks to each other. I love it here.

If you have any self respect, do not live here. WAY overpriced. Everything is so dirty there. The management trick you out of your money. They dont keep track of anything. Dont be surprised if you dont have air conditioning the first three weeks you live there. Dont be surprised if management never answer any calls or call back about voicemails. The pool? Seems to be closed more than its open. Also, it is SO NOISY.

I love living here! Wednesdays are my favorite days because of the waffle bar. My apartment is so cozy and love the modern atmosphere. Kelsey in the office is such a doll, as are the others! The fire pit outside is wonderful for wine nights with the girls.

This place is amazing! You would never expect students to live here because it is so nice. They have a year round heated pool and they always have events so you get to know your neighbors. The staff does a great job and they are so friendly.

Ive lived here for a year now and absolutely love it! Compared to other places downtown it is reasonably priced. Its furnished with nice furniture (unlike a lot of furnished places) and the management is amazing. They give away free stuff (like hot dogs every Wednesday) and the pool parties are a blast. So sad Im not living here another year, its just time to move out of downtown. I LOVE SKY

I lived here for 6 months and that was enough for me. It has a great view with awesome amenities but all in all not worth the price you pay at all. Management was horrible at the time I lived there, washers and dryers were trash, and something was breaking every time I turned around. They really know how to market it but charge you for every little thing. Would not recommend unless you just have money to throw away.

That Anna is the best. It was my cats birthday last week and she helped me bake him a cake. The cake was blueberry. We followed that with some friends chicken. She had shrimp. It was great.

Worst communication practices I have ever seen. Emails go unanswered and staff often struggle to give definitive answers to anything. Website is often broken and you have to call the public leasing number to get help or service as a tenant. Maintenence is decent through the phone app.I warn people in my student orgs not to rent here.

The Park East Neighborhood is AWESOME! Living at Sky Eleven is excellent; the amenities are above par, for Student Housing, and apartment living in general. The fact that they have a heated pool alone should be enough. Yes, they use Mediacom but they will ALWAYS try to fix any issue you have if you just come to the leasing office. This isnt even mentioning the rooms; stainless steel appliances, TV mounted to the wall, and huge windows that allow tons of light into your apartment. The back-splash in the kitchen adds even more of a modern look to the place. Danielle at the Leasing office is excellent, anytime you have the chance to do a tour or have any questions Id highly recommend talking to her! Thats not to say the rest of the office staff isnt great, but shes helped me through this whole process from start to finish.

Living downtown with so much to do around the area was awesome. Jason Liu made sure that my experience living there was above average the entire time! I loved living there and recommend it to anyone searching for a place to live downtown!!

Its an old building that has been remodeled by corrupt Springfield contractors in conjunction with corrupt building inspectors. Hell everything in this pathetic town is corrupt. It sits just off of the poor excuse for a downtown and an area with high crime. A lesson to anyone that wants the truthful RATINGS, always ignore 4-5 star ratings, than be bought, 3 star ratings are questionable, but 1-2 star ratings are typically, the most truthful.

Ive had the best experience living in Sky Eleven and with the Park East team! The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and if anything ever goes wrong, maintenance is there to fix it next the next day. These apartments are obviously a pricier option for Springfield, but I think you definitely get your moneys worth. If I werent moving to a different state, I would certainly renew for next year!

Customer service NOT knowledgeable of company policies or administrative benefits to support the renter. As far as pairing with like residents; not applicable in most cases. They will pair you with anyone that may NOT follow rules, like smoking illegal substances. Instead of customer service enforcing rules they offer to move YOU to another room. I finally had enough with the unprofessional/passive attitudes....I moved. They told me that they would assist in finding a lease replacement after requiring additional charges$$$. In the meantime I had to pay the full rent until ALL of their units were rented out, NEVER happened (units remained open and those had to be filled FIRST, so I waited, and waited, and...). Keep in mind they had me pay additional fees AND rent until basically my lease expired (I moved with 7 months left on lease). $650 times 7 ( they banked). The entire situation was sad and adversely effected my studies. Here is my advice, KNOW your rights as a tenant and expect nothing but professional service from staff. I do NOT recommend Skyeleven Apartments to anyone!

If you are a college student I would not recommend living here. The workers there are all old and really in your business. They give you no privacy and assume that all you do is party if you look like a college kid. Absolutely no freedom its like being in high school but in living form. The Internet is super terrible. They kept saying it would get fixed but that never happens. Also whenever you have problems with your room ( ex. Toilet gets clogged) it takes them like a month for them to respond and get something fixed. Overall the living area is nice but the workers for the place are always in your business and give you no freedom wish I never lived there

Love the game room at Sky! When Im bored always going down there and playing. The grilling outside is also nice right by the heated pool and fire pit! When you go to the office ask for Jason!

As a parent, you should know security is very very poor, and management does nothing to help with issues...basically you enter at your on will. Beware!!

I lived at Sky 11 for a year, and have consistently still visited and kept in touch with many of the people that not only live at Park East, but also work there too. Park East management had a way of making you feel welcome and like a family. They always went above and beyond to fix any issues you had, and were there for any need. Maggie, Anna, Jason, and Kelsey were the best team Park East ever had. Recently when going into the office like I usually do I was greeted by new management, that was not nearly as kind, helpful, or friendly as the previous team. The old team knew everyone and made ways to be connected to the people that lived on their properties, while now as I have experienced myself, I have also heard many similar complaints about new management for being rude and uncaring. The Park East properties are great, and a wonderful place to live, but the management team is just not what it used to be.

This is probably the worst apartment to live in in Springfield, if not in Missouri. I have the Worst living Experience in The United States since i first came 4 years ago. they have no professional experience in engaging with their residents. they have changed their management twice in less than 9 months period, and each time it s gets worse. they have problem in their payment system, and they figure that out after 4 months and let you pay. its not my fault that they figured that out late. they called the cops on me and told them that i smoked marijuana, and i didnt, they didnt even bother giving me a notice, they just called the cops!! . and when i asked them why, they told me that they have smelled it in the the same floor!!. they treat with their residents with discrimination. their internet is really bad. they dont let you control the air condition thermostats. i could stay all day pointing out the problems i faced with them. bottom line,i would not recommend anyone who plans to live and have their privacy and not face trouble not to live in sky 11 or any of the building that they management hold.

Just recently moved into sky eleven, Ive only been here a little while and love it! It is kept very neat and the rooms are fantastic. They come fully furnished and have all stainless steel frigidaire appliances. Also they have a heated pool that is open all year round along with a game room with with a pool table, foosball table, and a shuffle board table! The location of sky is perfect with plenty of parking! Kelsey at the leasing office is excellent and would recommend talking to her with any questions!

This is the best place to live! They have everything you need to live as a happy student. The managers are awesome and so is the staff. I have never had a problem. Maggie is the one talk to if you have a problem. I would live here in a heart beat. The apartment are beautiful!! If you dont live here then I dont know who you are and you probally live in a dump!

Love living and working downtown. Having downtown Springfield and all the restaurants, events, shops in your backyard is by far the best thing about this location.

If I could give Park East/Sky 11 zero stars I would! If you want to live in a total frat-party house that smells all the time, is never clean, and takes forever to get a response from maintenance and/or staff, then you will love it here. Ever since Aspen Heights started to run Park East(March2018) it has become awful. There is constantly broken glass in every entry way/common area that sits there for days. My roommate an I have to carry our dog in the elevator because of how unsafe it is due to to vomit, trash, glass, and cigarette buts. Dont be deceived on how they seem to look on social media. Once you start living here you will see the disgusting side of this place. And for what we pay a month, we should get better services here.

In terms of service and amenities: 5 stars.In terms of sound pollution: 1 star. I shouldnt need to purchase noise cancelling headphones to go about my daily business or to sleep at night. When the walls are so poorly insulated I can hear the crosswalk ticking from my room there is a problem.

Thieves. Absolutely robbed me when I left. Maggie was horrible. Made me feel very unsafe. Lived there a while back, I absolutely do not recommend this place or company to anyone.

I do not live here, but my boyfriend does. and every time he complains about all the trouble he faces there from payment system failure, internet issues, bad treatment of staff, and discrimination because he is an international student.they have really nice furniture thought,but their staff and management crew are bad and need to be fixed

The TV portion works just fine but the internet is terribly horribly incipidly bad.3) Once again, another first for me: they wont let you set the temperature higher than 74 degrees or lower than 68... Which is a huge kick in the brass for all the tenants when you tell them that we pay for utilities.Guess what? You dont get to control how hot or cold I am in my own apartment.4) Maintenance is pretty slow to get to tickets submitted, but to be fair they have gotten better as time goes by.5) It costs you $100 to replace a stupid keycard FOB to get into the building!!.... Are you kidding me!?6) The city has been doing road work for almost 6 straight months now right in front of the building.7) The place is run less as an actual apartment complex and more as a dorm or student housing mainly because most (not all) of the tenants are students. They need to realize that its either an apartment complex or student housing, not both.8) Seems like none of the other employees know much about anything except for the complex manager Maggie. It feels that she is essentially stuck between her corporate managers running the place like a spreadsheet and employees that are just there for busy work.9) The gym downstairs is underwhelming. They dont really have a lot of -basic- equipment for weight training. They have a weight rack, but no benches to sit on. No treadmill. No free weights.10) The price: Expect to pay $800/mo and higher for a one bedroom with a decent view. Prices go higher depending on which floor you live on.PROS:1) Heated swimming pool is AWESOME! And they have a cool entertainment lounge room too.2) A fairly large screen TV comes with the rent which is nice - along with the furniture.3) The other tenants by far are generally nice and no wild parties go on or anything, so its fairly quiet.4) The views on the upper floors are really nice.5) They did an overall really nice job with the renovations, slight problem is that the units are pretty small...6) They have this thing called Waffle Wednesdays where the staff makes free waffles for the residents, which is a pretty huge hit.7) You live pretty much right downtown... The location (if youre a downtown kinda person) couldnt be better. Its close to everything.8) The staff is nice. The complex manager Maggie does a great job.

Sky 11 has to be the worst place to live in Springfield. Outside of being moved into an unfinished building and living here for 7 months as the building is till unfinished here are a list of issues Sky 11 has and Im sure will respond with we are doing our best to take care of these issues:1) They have slowest internet I have ever experienced (and I had dial-up as a kid). Then have nerve to tell you to call Mediacom on your own to deal with the problem. Im sorry, I thought I was paying $650 a month for a room no bigger than a jail cell for you to deal with the insufficient internet you provide.2) Its a constant struggle between having power and freezing OR running a space heater and the power going out every hour -- so you end up freezing anyways. You cant set the thermostat higher than 74, mean while its snowing in your room. Were about one step away from boarding up the windows to retain heat (well what little heat there is).3) Im missing a light in my kitchen. And by missing, I mean it was never installed so my apartment is dark, feels like I live in a dungeon. Have we not reached the Punch List phase of this project? How do you build out 100 rooms and forget to install the light?4) $100 if lose my keycard? The keycard serves no other purpose but to get me in the building. Thats a bit much dont you think?5) The gym is useless. Maybe you guys could have purchased 5 less bikes and provided some free-weights, another treadmill, SANITIZER for the mats.6) You cant break your lease (which is unheard of) but they also dont offer any other lease terms (3mo. 6mo. 9mo. etc). Just about any property offers 9mo. at the least! If you are considering yourself student housing, why not offer leases the length of a school year?7) They have the nerve to charge you for a new parking pass when you get a new car, meanwhile you have to cross a war zone to get to the building from the parking garage. You can charge me for a parking pass but you cant provide heat to my apartment?#QuestionsThatNeedAnswersThere are a few good things about Sky 11, like Maggie; shes great. Waffle Wednesdays are awesome. And the best thing about Sky 11 will be the day I move out!

Management is terrible, extremely rude and unprofessional. I also went without a/c for a month, and my apt was getting up to 87 degrees inside and they didnt seem to care. They also charge you ridiculous fees after you move out, so watch out. They charged people for whole couches.. said they threw them out after the tenant asked for the couch they now paid for. Then an employee snapchatted a photo of couches in a truck.. saying how they were all getting reupholstered.
