Avoid. Just as expensive as better places down the road. Black mold, loud neighbors, can smell when neighbors smoke in adjoining duplex. Just awful

This is the worst place, I do not live in the park community but I do live in the area and the manager cant seem to do her job. Cops always at 15 V St. dealing drugs parting and they are all under age!!!! Nothing is done their dog is never on a leash always is out chasing people and other dogs, fist fights in the front yard, yet they still have a place, if this was anywhere else they would be gone. Find some where else to live the manager sucks and your neighbors will most likely be druggies!!! Make sure you lock you windows and doors too even when home!!! If you live in this neighborhood I suggest you put security cameras all around your house.
