Hauck Bros installed a new furnace and A/C in my home 20 years ago. When It was time for a new system, the process couldn’t have gone any better. Mr Kitchen came out to review the current system and discuss my options and cost. The 2-day installation went smoothly. The technicians were very courteous and worked efficiently despite the extreme heat this week. They took the time to explain things as they worked and once the installation was done, how to program the new system. I’m very pleased with everything.

They were extremely professional and very helpful. They made sure we stayed cool during installation by supplying AC unit. I would recommend them with great reviews.

Hauck Bros, and their team did alot of complicated work for me and I am very happy with the results. Several big projects and upgrades which in all was probably close to 3 or 4 weeks. A few jobs were critical and they were here same day or next. I highly recommend them.

Luke and Ricky replaced my Central air system. They did an absolute professional job. They came first thing in the morning and replaced both the outside and inside units. By 1230 they had it fired up and were cleaning up the job site. My hats off to them.Terry Netts

I used Hauk Bros. to make my HVAC more efficient. They installed 4 new vents, ran piping, had to cut 3 new holes in my flooring. (which was not an easy task b/c they had to cut through 3 layers of flooring & a 1 1/2 layer of self leveling floor thin set) They also installed new sheet panning for my return ducts that were rusted out & cleaned everything up from the demolition. Awesome service! The three technicians that were here; Brian w/a helper, Rodney, & John were all amazing to have working in our home. All of them were very polite, considerate, & caring. Honestly, Hauk Bros. is hands down the best contractor I have personally worked with! I cant say enough except Ill always utilize their services in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

I just posted this on the BBB website.KUDOS for Hauck Brothers - their technician Shayne came this morning, and did an OUTSTANDING job for my wife and I.As background, we had our Mitsubishi Mini-Splits installed by another company quite a few years back. Not only did that other company no longer have Mitsubishi Diamond certified technicians employed, they sent someone to fix the Mini-Splits who was unqualified to do so, and it was very obvious.In comparison, it didnt take my wife and I very long to tell that the Hauck Brothers Tech Shayne was certainly certified to do the job. If he wasnt a Diamond certified tech, he sure fooled us. Pro: good response time to come and do a furnace diagnosisCons:-Overcharged for diagnosis,-Correctly diagnosed, but failed to mention it was recalled item (heat exchanger),-Never followed up as promised.This was really the epitome of poor service. They came in and diagnosed the problem and suggested we get a new furnace because replacing the part would cost nearly as much. I mentioned that the part should have a lifetime warranty on it, and the response was well check into that. They then charged almost twice the original diagnosis quote because they verified their diagnosis. I have never heard back. I called another company and paid another diagnosis fee (which they credited after the work was complete). They immediately knew that the part was a recall item and included partial labor. I only had to pay for some of the labor.I DO NOT recommend using this company.

We had an emergency tonight and left a message on their “EMERGENCY” line. Their message indicated they’d call back within an hour. That was 6 hours ago and still no call. It got to be 84 degrees in the house. and we had to spend the night at a relative’s home. PLEASE DON’T CLAIM TO BE AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BE AVAILABLE.

Hauck Bros always provides expert service at fair prices. Their technicians are highly trained diagnosticians who do the work well the first time at the least cost. Every contact is friendly and helpful, and the response time is excellent. I wouldnt use any other HVAC firm.

I work for a non-profit organization - we had a volunteer start the installation of a furnace in on of our properties, but he was not able to finish it. We contacted Hauck Brothers and they gave us a very reasonable quote to finish the project. We were thankful for their quick service and willingness to be flexible with our different circumstances. I have used Hauck Brothers all of my adult life and have never had a negative experience. They never fail to get to my home or place of business immediatly when I am in need. This includes a Christmas Eve run when my furnace went out. Hauck Brothers is one of the few vendors I feel comfortable in turning all of my clients over to. I will be a life long client.

Polite and professional. Luke did a great job installing my new gas log fireplace. I was clueless about these things. He showed me how everything worked. Now I have a beautiful working fireplace!Just this week they also installed a new water heater at another location in record time. One guy, and he was completely finished in 90 minutes.

One can not just call in and talk to a salesmen, hard to belive that a company this size doesnt have some one that can answer calls durning the day time hours, no wonder these companies have us over a barrel

Joe prefers to not keep his word! Tried since Jan 20 to connect to have him come and look at our unit. Said He would be here on Saturday morning never showed texted him to find out what was going on- he said had 3 more stops in front of me, he never showed. Texted him again and his response won’t be there at a baby shower! He then called and said he was sorry but he worked like 80 hours and he can’t control the weather. He stated that he usually only works MFand no evenings... ok how are you working 80 hours a week and not working evenings and weekends. I am very respectful of others and for this man to not even call or text and state he was not coming is just disrespectful of another. When I asked him if he had a yelp page or Facebook page he said no he’s a one man stand- I did research and found the brothers page. (My builder contacted him to contact me about coming out to look at my less than one year old unit).

My mom is elderly and doesnt know anything about HVAC. She called to have her thermostat replaced and was quoted $200 plus dollars. Ripping off the elderly is disgusting.

Came out ran some tests told me my refrigerant MIGHT be leaking. For that work I was charged a 79 dollar service charge and 142 dollars for work performed. What work?!

Ive used many HVAC contractors in the past, and none are as professional and qualified as the folks at Hauck Brothers.
