Each one was very professional, but other than Borminda being a sponsor for the local canine rescue program, Women In Love with Dogs, Rick came to me with the best appliance, best price, and proved to have the best service for my specific needs. I did not feel like he was just there to sell me something just to sell, but he educated me on what I needed and what I should not waste my money on. Highly recommend!

Rick went out of his way to look at my sons system that wasn’t working. My son had gotten quotes from 2 major Missouri HVAC companies saying he needed a whole new system. My elderly father’s furnace went out on Sunday, February 14th. Naturally it was the coldest day so far this winter season with below zero temps and windchills. Once the call was placed they were there within the hour. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately and the repair was initiated. From the initial phone call (which was answered by the owners wife) to the owner (Rick) and his employee to perform the work - the process was seamless. Very friendly, courteous and professional. As far as the fee for their work, when he told me the final price, all I could say was “is that all?” I was beyond shocked that they didn’t charge much more than they did for a Sunday afternoon service call. I can’t thank them enough for helping us out. I would definitely recommend this business!!

Our very old air conditioner failed during the hottest part of the summer (of course!). Bormida Mechanical Services responded the same day I called. After doing a thorough review of our current system and listening to our needs, we were offered several replacement options (our system was beyond repair) and assisted with financing for the replacement. Installation was quick. All technicians that were at our home were polite and professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. When our new system needed a slight adjustment, this company responded FAST to assist us and called later to confirm that all was well. Truly an excellent company that I would recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful fast, friendly service. I had a great personal experience with these folks. My store had no heat and it was 20 degrees outside. Within the hour, Rick came out himself. He was able to identify the problem quickly, initiate a temporary correction and get my heat on until we could secure the necessary part. I recommend them often.
